Pros:

The staff was amazing and very friendly. They definitely deserve a raise. Breakfast was great also. I loved the location. It was peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned well. Our coffee pot was missing. The air conditioner was not working well. We tossed and turned in our sleep. We were very hot. We had to ask housekeeping for clean towels. Housekeeping did not come by to see if we had everything we needed.

Booking + Hotel lost the reservation. No support given.

I wish I could tell you a few details of what I liked about the property. Unfortunately, our reservation was not able to be found. We booked the reservation through Booking. The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly rude. Booking was unhelpful in this instance. We are now out the cost of the hotel room. Not to mention the $100 charge for calling long distance to Booking.com customer service. As well as the charge for a different hotel room due to the lack of accommodations made by Booking and the hotel. Disappointing all around. At midnight, with three young children (one who is two months old) sleeping in the car, we decided to move on and get a different hotel.

My stay was non existent due to booking.com being incompetent
Pros:

There’s nothing wrong with the property itself- booking with this website lead to me not having a room upon arrival due to it not being in their system even tho I pre-paid. Now I’ve been hung up one 6+ times trying to get a refund for a room I couldn’t access.

Terrible rooms
Pros:

The location was in a good area.

Cons:

We had problems with our room. Stayed one night in our first room woke up to ants all over the room. They placed us into another room. The second room had fleas. We had to spend money to spray for fleas.

Pros:

THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS PERFECT; WE LOVED THE POOL AND THE FACT THAT THEY HAD TOWELS OUTSIDE FOR OUR USE WAS PERFECT. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS THE ABSOLUTELY SWEETEST PERSON WE'VE COME IN CONTACT WITH AT A HOTEL. EVEN MY 10 YEAR OLD SON COMMENTED ON HOW NICE SHE WAS

Great place for a short or long stay.
Pros:

It was beautiful and somewhat secluded. Staff was amazing and the room was so clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator was having issues and I was on the 4th floor. 😞
