Our room had an odd smell, that never went away, the elevator has a bad smell, and would do a harsh bump on the way down

It was great.
Pros:

It was a great hotel stay. I loved having re a l dishes and utensils. The hotel was a bit far from the event that I was attending, but it was well worth the stay.

We had a horrible time sleeping and adjusting to the room.

There were ladybugs crawling on the walls and windows and the front lady said they had several complaints from other tenants which they should have checked it out prior to us moving in and she said they didnt have other rooms due to shortage on housekeeping. The shower was not clean. The lady at the front had terrible customer service and did not have a room ready due to us booking a day ahead and paying for it. We had to wait for a couple of hours. We traveled long hours and It was the worse visit. We would like to speak to a corporate manager.
