The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was a good deal for the price. Clean and efficient!

The only issue I had during my stay is that both mornings, the breakfast area had no hot coffee. It was always empty

Very loud dogs next door
Chair and carpet not clean
Blood splatter on AC unit
AC would not stay cool in room
Charged $20 for incidentals and the charge has not been reversed

There seemed to be one single "cart" to help transport luggage to the rooms, for the entire hotel. All of the shrubbery and/or trees are unkempt, growing over the sidewalk areas. So bad that when cars are parked there you cannot use the sidewalks, having to walk in the parking lot. I'm handicapped, using a cane...
The shower/tub combo was DISGUSTING!There was mold and other unknown filth throughout it.
And the breakfast items served in chaffing dishes, were ice cold both mornings. Nothing starts your day better than ice cold sausage and bacon.

Great room. It was quiet and staff were very friendly

The hotel itself was nice. Room was small, not what was described in the hotels.com description. Said it had separate dining area, picture showed table with chairs. Our room did not have this, which was disappointing to us. Breakfast was good, nice variety but small area where food was served. Did not use pool, but it looked very small. Hotel was in area central to the activities we wanted to go to.

Affordable. Clean. Free breakfast had alot of options. Friendly staff!

The caulking in the bathroom had black mold and the sheets were dingy and stained.

The limited staff I interacted with did not have any care or concern for anything. I checked out 5 days early and they didn't even ask why.

The beds are also bouncy and not good if you have back pain.

What a dump, pull out was stained and smelled like urine. Do not stay here can't believe Marriott has their name accociated with this location.

Great hotel

The stay was great. No issues. I will suggest that the bottles in the shower should be face forward to know if it's shampoo, body wash or conditioner. Next the coffee and tea stirrers are unsanitary because they are not wrapped. The person taking them out the box to stock them has to put their hands on them and this is not sanitary. Also dust collects on the stirrers while sitting there waiting to be used. Providing wrapped stirrers would be more sanitary. COVID is on the rise and when one person grabs a stirrer, they often touch another stirrer. Last, the furniture in the rooms should not be cloth due to absorption of odors, and body lice, bed bugs etc. Having leather or vinyl is better for wiping off and inability for anything to hide.

We booked through Expedia, had our stay confirmed for a 2-bedroom suite. Upon arrival we got checked in, guest services was not friendly. Went to our room and it was a 1-bedroom suite with one king bed for a family of 5… so we went back down to talk to guest services, got told that booking through 3rd party is cheap and doesn’t guarantee our room, basically. So we have to contact them. Expedia refunded our stay and we checked out.
Guest services on check in could have told us that the room we booked was unavailable, she knew exactly what we were talking about when we back to the lobby. Instead she tell us booking :rd is check, which was the same rate as the hotel upon booking. Just a more convenient process. Instead neglected to tell us and let our family of 5 got into a room with one bed. The inconvenience and lack of friendly staff will prevent us from staying in the future.

This place is a dump! Outside of hotel is filthy. AC was not working in public spaces. Was first told they were over-booked for 2 bedroom suite and tried to talk me into two separate rooms. Turned out they had one suite left so they put us in it. Room smelled old/musty. Furniture old and grimy. Mattresses are extremely old, and severely cave in the middle of the bed. My shoulder still hurts 5 days later. Wrote a complaint to Marriott and they referred back to hotel property. All they did was send me 5000 Marriott points (worth $60) without any call. $60 worth of points doesn't mean squat when I spent nearly $200 for a room/suite. This hotel is awful!

It was 95 degrees outside when we arrived with a feels like temperature of 111 degrees. We check in, everything seems fine, though the place looks a bit run down. We go down the hall to the elevator and it's HOT. The fourth floor hallway is HOT. We get to our room and it's coolish. We then go back down and bring our things in. We asked the very kind woman at the desk what was going on with the extreme heat in the hallways. I mean, it's so warm that sweat is rolling down us. She said they were waiting for a part to fix the A/C. ALL OF THE HALLWAYS ARE HOT. Husband checks the powel and there are no clean towels. I take a shower to COOL DOWN and I can see right through large holes in the towel. We decided to go get dinner, come back and go to the pool. It's got six-seven little boys and two moms watching then. They were LOUD. Then one of the brats kicked a rubber duck directly at my face; I kept it. Thanks, kid. We are here for one more night, unfortunately. I'm not sure i can bear it. Oh, the a/c in our room is struggling to keep the room cool and every now and again makes a loud noise. Hoping we can sleep tonight. NEVER AGAIN. Marriott, this place is TRASH. Sheets are threadbare, too.

The staff was so nice! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our TV and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was delicious!

The place was really great, We loved the room, especially the bed so soft and comfortable. The only thing that was bad was a heated pool in the summer.but we still swam in it
