Super freundliches Personal und schönes Zimmer!
Positiv erwähnen möchte ich das super ausgestattete Fitnessstudio, die Sauberkeit im Hotel und die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals nochmal.
Wenn Frühstück und Wellnessbereich im Preis inkludiert gewesen wären, würden wir Ihr Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Schade, dass der Wellnessbereich nicht inkludiert und noch dazu die Nutzung so unnötig teuer ist. Gleiches gilt fürs Frühstück und auch Restaurant. Wir hätten es vielleicht Mal ausprobiert, aber nicht bei solchen Preisen ;). Von weniger teuren Hotels bin ich es gewohnt, dass es einen Wasserkocher und manchmal auch Teebeutel/Kaffee Sachets gratis auf dem Zimmer gibt. Auch hier war ich überrascht vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis...
Bei der Zimmer Buchung sollte ganz klar hervorgehen, dass "Riverside" nicht automatisch bedeutet, dass man einen Blick auf den Fluss hat. Wir haben auf Nachfrage zwar dann tatsächlich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau bekommen, aber offenbar darf man das nicht automatisch erwarten, was schade und irreführend ist, wenn die Zimmer Kategorie so benannt wird.

Pros:

The hotel was modern and close to the river. The staff was nice and friendly. The shower in the room had a great water system.

Cons:

We had previously asked to have our room in a quiet area due to noises. Our request wasn’t met at first but eventually we received a room with almost no views of the river, as we had requested.
The shutting down system window didn’t work properly.
The room wasn’t insulated since we could hear noises coming from the hall.

Pros:

Nos alojamos en el hotel del 13-15 mayo.
Cuando regresamos en el hotel después de un día muy intenso, descubrimos que la habitación no estaba limpia y que toallas no habían sido reemplazadas después de su uso anterior.
Cuando nos dirigimos a la recepción nos respondieron con una sonrisa que la limpieza se realiza solo cada varios días.
Después de insistir, aceptaron cambiar las toallas

Skvělá lokalita, výborné snídaně a krásně se nám spalo. Krásné wellness a fitness s výhledem na Dunaj. Personál milý a vstřícný.

Cons:

Koupelna trochu zastaralá. Baterie u umyvadla špatně funkční. Jinak pokoj krásný a postele velmi pohodlné.
