Pros:

We choose this hotel for Silvester New Year night. If it would be possible to not take this event into account, then everything is excellent- location, comfort.

Cons:

But the hotel is not prepared completely for such events. The restaurant for breakfast is small, so, we did not enjoy our breakfast in a good atmosphere, but were forced to find the table in the hall like in the rail station buffet with the same kind of service. And also not ever glass of Sekt for such morning.

Everything exceeded expectations. The riverside location, the elegant and spotless room, and the warm, professional atmosphere made the stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Kristina at reception and the entire team who created a truly magical anniversary surprise in our room after I informed the hotel in advance. The preparation was beyond anything we imagined — thoughtful, romantic, and beautifully executed. Their care and attention to detail made our celebration feel incredibly special. The in-room dining experience was perfectly delivered, with restaurant-quality presentation and service that felt effortless. The Zion Spa area, Breakfast and the Grand Living Room were honestly out of this world — beautifully designed spaces that elevated the entire stay and made it feel like a true escape from reality.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing stood out as negative. Every aspect of the stay was handled perfectly. The entire experience was flawless.

Ubytovanie bolo super,personál a servis naozaj super,stále k dispozícii a veľmi ochotný. Lobby,reštaurácia na veľkej úrovni a jedlo výnimočne výborne. Room servis takztiez na jednotku. Poloha super,krásna prechádzka popri Dunaji. Všetko poblizku.

Cons:

Slabé vybavenie hygnieckych jednorazových doplnkov,soľ alebo pena do kúpeľa by potešila. Slabšie kúrenie na izbe. Kávovar na izbe ráno chýbal.

O seară memorabilă într-un hotel minunat!
Pros:

Proprietatea a fost ca desprinsă dintr-un basm . De la momentul sosirii, am fost întâmpinata de o eficiență remarcabilă la check-in, simțind imediat că sunt un oaspete prețios. Personalul foarte amabil , îți dă senzația ca ai mai fost acolo, ca faci parte din familie. Cameră, mare și curată , îți oferă liniște și confort. Designul elegant, mobilierul de înaltă clasă și patul excepțional de confortabil. Baia, spațioasă și dotată cu articole de toaletă de lux, era impecabilă.

Cons:

Ceea ce nu mi-a plăcut deloc, a fost timpul scurt pe care l-am avut în a nu putea descoperi frumusețile hotelului. 😏
