The staff was amazing! Mattia, Daniele, and Ibrahim truly gave us world-class service. It was an elegant hotel with one of the finest locations in Firenze. The elegant breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were very, very nice, too.

Excellent property location with a wonderful staff who are very customer service oriented.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was first-rate and very accommodating. Location was perfect for shopping and site seeing.

Cons:

Mini-suite was on two floors. Stairs going up to the bedroom were tough to navigate.

Avoid this hotel—bait-and-switch tactics. Their official policy clearly states that children under 18 stay for free, and their online system even blocked me from adding my 8-year-old because it registered him as free. However, upon arrival, management refused to honor this. They forced us to book an entirely separate room and charged an extra 500 euros on the spot. When confronted with their own policy, they simply claimed the website "was written wrong" and refused to compromise. Since it was too late to find alternative accommodation, we had no choice but to pay. Completely untrustworthy and terrible customer service.

good choice for central Florence.
Pros:

Location excellent,very quiet room, staff really helpful and efficient, particularly helpful with restaurant recommendations and organising reservations for them.. Breakfast selection could have been better, very limited fresh fruit, other than that a really good choice of hotel to stay in in the centre of Florence.

Cons:

As stated earlier a little more choice at breakfast , particularly the fresh fruit.
