Best 5 stars hotel in Florence
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel,
Location superb in the middle of every thing.
Staff very friendly and kind especially Mr Daniele and Amanda
Rooms so comfortable and clean bathroom is spacious we booked deluxe room tower ( it can be very noisy at night from drunk tourists)
Better to book room not on the street.
Breakfast is excellent many varieties with good quality, some pastries done in the kitchen very fresh.
Definitely will be back again

Pros:

Great location and lovely spacious room. Nice breakfast and fabulous staff, particularly Amanda on reception who was so helpful. We loved the bar/lounge area and the coffee was great.

Cons:

I have only one minor criticism that there was nowhere to put toiletries etc in the bathroom. We ended up using a stool but hardly a major issue, just a niggle that could easily be sorted.
