A perfect stay in a real hidden gem.
Pros:

The property is beautifully located and everything in it is thoughtful. Most of all the staff were incredible - they were so kind, welcoming and really went out of their way to be helpful.

Cons:

I loved this hotel- I can’t wait to go back.

Pros:

Great location to shopping, restaurants and Duomo. I had a very early flight and they arranged taxi service and packed a take-away breakfast for me. Very sweet staff and excellent room service.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and especially appreciated the staff! The gentlemen at breakfast were so attentive and helpful. The ladies at reception - so pleasant and helpful. And the location! Perfect to get anywhere! Appreciate the ride from the airport too. Thank you providing wonderful memories for us. Love Florence and The Golden Tower!!

Good location.

Cons:

When we initially checked in we were given a room that had a spiral stair case a very small window that you had to climb up on a stool to look out of and a room that I could not stand up in majority of. When I went back down and explained I could not stand up and the lack of natural light the team moved us to a room that looked more like what we had booked online but insisted it was an upgrade.
Finally if you want to access the pool / spa it is €70 per person per hour which we found out on arrival.

Quality and luxury of Golden Tower Hotel was top notch.

Location was extremely convenient.

Relaxing at the small but beautiful spa during two of our four nights was also much appreciated.

Personnel was always very helpful with solid tips about the city.

5 star well deserved.

Cons:

Выбор на завтраке для такого отеля очень маленький. Кофе не вкусный. Рядом с отелем какой-то клуб и шум почти до утра
