Pros:

It was a really great place to stay. I was a little hesitant from reading reviews on the hotel. However, overall, I think it was better than I thought. Staff was really nice and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

The hand towels by the sink were dirty and found a small stain on the blanket. However, it didn't bother me as much as I just put them aside. The pool did seem outdated, but honestly again didn't bother me as much. My kids still enjoyed swimming and that was all that matters to me.

So far I like the services and the staffs nice and friendly.
Pros:

I like the hotel because it has sofa bed, so my family can have extra bed. We have 2 children with us.

Cons:

I don’t like the breakfast because they don’t have sausage and they use paper plate not good so hard to keep the food on the plate. They don’t have self service for pancake or waffles. People have to wait in line for so long for the waffles.

Limpio y agradable habitación.
Pros:

Todo muy bien, limpiezas agradable , habitaciones cómodas y grandes.

Cons:

Lo único malo fue que se paga el parqueo de cada noche, la alberca está adentro y la sauna de agua caliente no la tiene en funcionamiento. Y a mí me encanta usarla siempre que me hospedo.

Small but super friendly staff

Clean, modern hotel, convenient to airport.
Pros:

We used the Hyatt to stay over in Reno before an early flight. The hotel offers long-term "stay/park/fly" parking for guests at a rate better than airport parking.
