Because of the room and staff, I was in a great mood to start my vacation!!
Pros:

I was only here 12 hrs and the 2 things I cared about most were the bed and shower and they were the BEST I’ve ever experienced and I am a frequent traveler!!

Worst stay ever
Pros:

Worst experience ever, shower wouldn't shut off, maintenance team not available, smoke alarm went off, cleaning lady used my personal clothes to blow air into the smoke alarm...just a horrible experience.

Comfortable stay, but beware the change in policy regarding the stay-park-fly option.
Pros:

The room was fine and the staff members did their best to be helpful.

Cons:

Hyatt Place Reno Airport has changed its procedure regarding stay-park-fly parking fees, and have not communicated the new procedure well. The 10 day / $30 rate is still available, but must be booked in advance through the Hyatt website, and if you don't do that, the rate is $11.50 per day. This policy is not publicized anywhere and the special rate is well-hidden. As a result we ended up paying about $100 more for extended parking than we had expected to pay.

Good to stay for a night when you have an early flight from Reno airport.
Pros:

The Hyatt Place Reno airport is next to the Reno airport and very well connected with a shuttle from the hotel. The hotel has a bar and some simple things to eat. It is good for a one night stay, when you have a very early flight. The room is spacious and accessible by elevator.

Cons:

It would have been nice when the restaurant had a little more choice to eat something. Further no comments.

Cons:

The charges for parking. The shower heads (painful) our bathroom door stuck & was difficult to open/ close! Will not be staying here again! :(

Pros:

The manager on duty offered to only charge me the cleaning fee and reimburse me the majority of my payment since I had only stayed in my room for a few hours due to a family member being in the hospital. They did not honor their word. I called 3 times to check on the status of the reimbursement until the full amount was officially deducted from my card.

Pros:

The location was great for what we needed for 1 night

Cons:

The room smelled. The staff wasn’t very friendly and not helpful. Our luggage had gotten wet and some of our clothing was wet when asked if there was a laundry facility in the building, we were told yes, but the machines required quarters and the hotel staff couldn’t provide any to us so we had to go find a laundromat to use in downtown Reno.

Pros:

The size of our room was excellent since I was with my 2 adult kids, we each had our own bed.

Cons:

Old run down damage to the doors and bathroom, no restaurant on site.

Great location, Ok hotel
Pros:

Great location close to airport. Hotel needs repairs and upgrades and should focus more attention to cleaning. Breakfast options were very limited.

Pros:

The location is near the airport, so not a lot available that is super close. Room was nice, bed comfortable.

Cons:

You have to do a QR code for parking that you have to pay for that you have no clue the amount. You also have to pay for breakfast, these were not clear when I booked the hotel.
