Paying to park at the hotel. Having to pay to park when I stay at a hotel upsets me. I know it is a "Thing", but really? The app that I had to use to pay to park was terrible. And why use an app? You have a front desk for check-in; do the entire process there.
Location
No bartender at bar. No cook in kitchen. Short handed. Ridiculous. Not possible to have dinner, as was advertised.
OK on cheap flimsy paper plates
They cancelled my reservation because my plane was late, they charged me for two rooms because Booking.com couldn't confirm a room during my layover in Denver. There was no shuttle service available at 2 am so I had to drage my luggage accross several parking lots. Then they couldn't give me a key to my room, but had to escort me to my prison cell and then I overslept and missed breakfast.
Booking.com could have confirmed a room so the second room charge didn't occur. Then booking.com should have given me a rebate for the second room which they still have not refunded. Hyatt sghould have been able to give me a key.

Did the job
Bare bare minimum. Not even hand moisturizers or little plates.
Modern clean close to airport and eating places.
Paid over $300 for a room overnight and hotel charged an additional $11 to park in their parking lot. Seems a little cheap. Wasn’t even covered parking. The $11 won’t break me just felt I was being nickeled and dimed by corporate greed.
I stayed at this hotel at the end of June. I ended up leaving a pricey watch in the room, unfortunately did not have time to pick it up before I left the area. I called the hotel to confirm they had my watch (it was in the room and the employee assisting me confirmed they found it in the room and placed in lost and found). This is in June 2026, I reached out, they made me purchase a $40 shipping label from iLeftMyStuff.com. They tried to pick up the watch and apparently the hotel said it wasn’t available for pickup (In July of 2026) Now, August 2026, I have reached out maybe 10 times since the failed pickup, I still have no watch and no word of where it could be. It has been a very unfortunate set of circumstances but I will not be staying at this hotel again.
Great Location, Friendly Staff, very comfortable rooms, the bed was amazingly comfortable.
