Incredible place to stay!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities, and great location. By the beach, with a gym, and caring staff. Our stay was perfect!

La piscina está bien cuidada. El jacuzzi de la habitación está en buen estado y mantenimiento, solamente que el hidromasaje tiraba agua del botón.

Cons:

Los precios del restaurante podrían ser más accesibles. Encontré una botellita de alcohol abierta entre la hamaca.

a wonderful stay over the Christmas and New Year
Pros:

lovely landscaping, excellent location, beautiful artwork.

Cons:

pool small, crowded with kids so adults could not use it. overpriced.

Good stay overall
Pros:

- Great location (between La Ropa and downtown)
-Clean facilities
-Nice pool

Cons:

- Rooms are in need of TLC.
-Not all Rooms have a great ocean view and the biggest issue I have is that they advertise a beautiful ocean view in the booking.com pictures BUT this is not the room you will get most likely!!
- Some of the staff (at breakfast) were litterally asking for tips. We don’t mind tipping and we do tip but i don’t like being asked!!!

The best place to stay in Madera.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel is the very best! The hotel and pool is comfortable and it is always alive because it has an excellent restaurant right on the beach. The beach access is great.

Cons:

They stir sticks in the bar are still plastic. They need to change them to bamboo. Overall there is nothing to change. Perhaps an organized ride to and from the airport since there are many of us on the same flights.

Pros:

Beautiful and clean rooms. All the staff were amazing! The location was perfect and close to the beaches, Centro, and many restaurants nearby to choose from.
