Our favorite hotel, we love everything about it.

Everything is very nice here.. we are soooo enjoying our time in Zihuatanejo.

Very nice but ask questions about costs.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was central to most things. Very quiet.

Cons:

The billing system was not explained to us when we arrived. We added gratuities, then when our bill came, the hotel added more gratuities without our knowledge. Very confusing, but we only knew this just before leaving for the airport so no time to adjust the bills.

Pros:

The staff are best, of course location it’s amazing , easy walk into town.I would always choose this hotel. And until you stay here, you won’t know what I’m talking about. Lol you won’t find anything better.

Cons:

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about this hotel, if you have mobility issues then yes this is not the hotel for you, but I think that’s everywhere in Playa Madera and there are stairs up and down to the beach and to your room no elevators

La piscina está bien cuidada. El jacuzzi de la habitación está en buen estado y mantenimiento, solamente que el hidromasaje tiraba agua del botón.

Los precios del restaurante podrían ser más accesibles. Encontré una botellita de alcohol abierta entre la hamaca.
