I am owed a refund of 443 US dollars after change of date and nobody is willing to commit on this. Booking.com has just become a bogus platform for fraud.
Beautiful grounds, varied dining options, and attentive staff. Wonderful place to attend a wedding. We spotted zebras, warthogs and impala.
Everything about it. The people, facilities, food, serenity etc. William is a wonderful tour guide. Cecilia the manager was great. Immaculate and Everlyn who handles the shop know how to treat guests. All in all…a wonderful experience

I have been coming every yr but I found that the property is out dated and need goal refurb.the staff are all unprofessional in every way possible.this property is not value for money
The staff are exceptional: very attentive and responsive. The Location is serene and beautiful. Overall an excellent lodge to relax and unwind.
Price might be a little bit on the higher side
The room had breathtaking views. The staff was super friendly and the food was top tier. Will definitely be back in a month time!

Away from other attractions, you need uber or personal car
I always love the location of GRVL due to great views of the lake, sunsets, and above all the ability to play golf in an easy setting (not too crowded)
The water heating system had an issue and we could not get hot water. The team was gracious enough to allow us to use another room for our showers.
Cool, quiet place with a lovely golf course
The house was spacious but wish the beds were bigger.
The shower water was mostly cold and we had flu. Not pleasant at all. We complained but nothing was done.
I enjoyed the grounds, gardens were kept up beautifully. The pool area was very enjoyable. I was surprised about the quality of food provided, it wasn't very good. Staff were friendly but front staff was not helpful. I had booked a villa but got a standard room instead and their explanation wasn't very good but because I was there for a wedding, I didn't complain too much. I heard later that they hadn't enough villas for the bookings but I wasn't offered any compensation.
The location is excellent, friendly staffs from reception, to restaurants, to the ground maintenance and cleaning staffs. The supervisors that I dealt with were all extraordinary... Thumbs up to the Chefs & Supervisor Urba.. for the special night dinner offered during my stay and a memorable one too. I can still the flames!!! The blend of modernity with nature is another interesting feature about this Great Rift Lodge... Keep it up.
The poor internet in the accommodation areas and of course the mosquitoes...
