Cleanliness
8.6
Multiple guests cite clean rooms and a clean area; one review noted dirty sidewalks/rugs at the entrance, so overall slightly above average cleanliness.
Service
8.9
Numerous positive remarks about courteous, pleasant and helpful staff (front desk, reception, kitchen); one booking/room assignment error was reported but staff handled issues.
Location
8.7
Several guests called the location convenient and great for travel; one guest noted an industrial-area view that reduced appeal, so generally positive with occasional negatives.

7.5
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and clean rooms reported, but complaints about an assigned occupied room, a room with a brick wall/view blocking sunlight, plain rooms and missing in-room coffee maker.
Amenities
7.6
Compliments for breakfast service and kitchen staff, but issues include limited parking, lack of in-room safe, no coffee maker in a room, and pet-policy related incidents (dogs off-leash).
Value for Money
8.4
Not specifically mentioned in reviews; assigned the target overall rating (standard quality for this hotel tier).
Food and Beverage
8.8
Several guests praised the breakfast and food as decent/awesome and kitchen staff as exceptional; a few reviews noted limited breakfast variety or not matching an 'American' breakfast expectation.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall sentiment is positive (headlines like 'Fantastic', 'Would definitely recommend', 'very enjoyable'), with some negative incidents reported but generally a favorable stay experience.

MY STAY WAS GRAT.
Pros:

THE FOOD WAS NICE. THE AREA WAS VERY CLEAN

Cons:

I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS PET FRIENDLY. WE HAD A RUN IN WITH A FEW DOGS OFF THE LEASH. THEY SCARED MY FAMILY A BIT BUT THE OWNER WAS ABLE TO GET THE DOGS UNDER CONTROL.

Not a good place to stay
Pros:

It was in an industrial area…view was horrible.

Cons:

Sides walks and rugs leading in was nasty. Gave us an occupied room the first time then gave us a room with brick wall outside window,
The sun couldn’t come in. Horrible plain roon. No coffee maker
