Pros:

Very convenient close to tourist attractions ( Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Observatory Skyline, Fountain in Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, rooms are huge with kitchenette, Accessible to Metro and Bus, cafes just outside the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommended and will definitely come back

Pros:

It was smelly - and furniture old - bed bugs
staff is not friendly at all - complains are not accepted so basically we anted to leave after the first day stay but hotel would not refund so we had to stay to not lose money
