Excellent
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had an issue with our sink draining and they sent someone to our room. Maintenance arrived right after I called and they corrected the issue. Our stay was very comfortable and we plan to stay again.

No complaints, everything was great!

The next time I go on a cruise, I will book this hotel!
Pros:

How clean it was. The lobby smelled really good. You should’ve had that smell in the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free coffee was great. I loved the location.

Cons:

I could not find a safe in the room.

The lady at the front desk was super nice! The check in out was easy and the room was clean and roomy. I didn't use it but the exercise room looked great as well.

Great place to stay before cruising!
Pros:

Great place to stay if you are heading to Galveston for a cruise. It's only about 30 minutes away and it's directly off the highway. More reasonably priced. Quiet area and rooms. There is no breakfast offered because they are a suite type hotel room. But that didn't bother us. Recommend.
