The bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom & intertwined with the towels; I have black American curly hair; it’s not as long and the long black stands found in the bathroom; the kitchen cabinets were not secured tightly; there was three paper towels on the roll; there was no stopper in the bath tub-had to stop the tub with a towel and the hotel smelled of mildew

A Disappointment
Cons:

My room smelled like bug spray. I asked to be moved because it was giving me a headache and I was told that I couldn't be moved. And for the price I paid I was very disappointed.

Pictures online are MISLEADING

The only thing I liked about this location was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very patient and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel does not look like it does on booking. The room definitely did not look like it does. We didn’t even stay at the location. Soon as you walked into the hotel it smelled of water damage and mildew and we were told it was due to construction. It felt wet inside the building. The room had two lights on the wall that did not work and the tv was significantly smaller than what the picture shows. The beds did not have the skirts on them and the carpet had been torn up. The room also carried the same smell as the lobby did and this room was on the 3rd floor. We have 2 small children (ages 2 and 7months) and could not stay due to the smell and lack of cleanliness. Overall, this hotel is misleading as the pictures show a significantly updated and clean hotel versus real life. What’s worse is we have not or cannot get a refund after paying full price online which we feel is not fair due to the misleading booking advertisement of the room. I would not recommend staying here until the hotel is completely remodeled and updated.

Place needs to be remodeled. I was there for emergency with a family member. The experience was embarrassing... The tiles in the bathroom were cracked everywhere including the counter tops rust on the tub. I refused to shower there. Smelled like cigarettes all over there

Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

It smelt like fresh paint and mold. During the night after we already got our room key & were asleep, the manager came banging on our door with a family who he booked for our room asking us why we were there and said the system didn’t show we paid over A HUNDRED DOLLARS for the room. Was told we would be rescheduling out to for partial refund and never got a call!
