Econ friendly gone wrong
Pros:

Nice hotel but there are 2 issues that puts me off, I know is about being eco friendly but removing toothbrushes ain’t really a smart move. Secondly, please install a bidet in the toilet since you want to be “eco friendly”

I have been to more than 70 countries. The staffs is among the best i have ever seen.

I left my phone in the Taxi. Hotel staffs and management treated my crisis with a high degree of urgency and provided me with all the supports possible. Within 2 hours they were able to help me get my phone back.

The hotel is amazing in a fantastic location that is walking distance to all the major attractions in HCMC. The views in the rooms are stunning. The concierge were absolutely great in organizing events and tours. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of foods and beverages.

Pros:

Pool closed for over a week, had we known this we would not have booked to stay here. The alternative provided was the pool at their residence tower which was much smaller and doubled as a daycare for loud toddlers.

Pros:

The Intercontinental hotel in Saigon is good located. Staff was very helpful and service very good. The breakfast was average (bad quality of food) not in par with a high standard hotel. Room was clean.

Had a great experience at the Intercontinental Saigon. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a lot of different options. The location was amazing, walking distance to most of the shopping malls. Would definitely stay here again next time I come back to HCM.
