Rooms were dirty, only 1 outlet in our room worked. Shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. Pool was closed out whole stay. Food was OK.

Excellent facility, staff was exceptional. Breakfast was better than most.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. Spilled some water and used the hand towel to clean it up off the tile floor and turned the rag black. The shower mat also got black on the bottom when it got wet after a shower. Apparently these floors aren't mopped on a regular basis or are mopped with dirty water. Other than that, great stay but a dirty floor is kinda a big deal, at least to me.

Nice staff, clean rooms, nice pool, good breakfasts. Close to everything.

Cons:

That elevator - yikes. It's quick going up and down, but you have to be super quick getting in and out. Push the door open button as soon as you get in so that it doesn't shut on others or on your luggage. Hard to push back the doors.
