After a terrible experience at the best western in jayapura this hotel here was a relief, great staff, great facilities and probably the best location to be in Jayapura. Great stay

Great location. Good food. Friendly staff. Will come back. My kids love the pool and it was very close to where we needed to be. They even did great with the airport pickup and drop off.

The staff was friendly, I had a balcony with a view that was nice.

Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Everything met my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Staff are outstanding and attentive.
I got a nice harbor view room but as I learned once it rained the carpet got wet and that’s when I noticed just how bad it is and has been. MOLD is now a concern. No effort to fix the issue. To their credit, they offered to move me to a suite w city view and charge me the difference in cost. I looked at the room on a higher floor and the air conditioning could not cool the room so I skipped taking the room.
Had to put down towels soaked in bleach to mitigate any prospects of moldy carpet.
Now the equally worse part. They love their music very loud The restaurant is one floor below and when there’s an event the singer has to sing extremely loud. They’ve lost sight of the fact this is a hotel where people sleep, especially international travelers on different time zones. They put speakers facing outside as though it’s a concert venue.
The restaurant’s menu is advisory only. Many items are routinely unavailable but I suspect that may be a supply chain issue or fluctuates based on occupancy. Something I can adjust to and the breakfast buffet is generally good. Just not the egg/omelet station is unsanitary. They leave the scrambled eggs unattended and exposed to flys. A little gross.
They’re trying but a little deficient in the areas noted above.
I do however once again need to compliment the staff. They’re trying hard and they strive and achieve very good service.
Colleagues who stayed in other rooms had very good experiences so it is not all as bad as mine.

Nice place and view hotel at Jayapura. Sea View is one of good spot for relax.
Clean room, cool with good animities. Clean bedding, everythings is good.

Location on the sea was fantastic-getting a balcony with the room was a great idea. Staff also very kind and friendly.

The best hotel to stay in Jayapura
Staffs were amazingly kind & helpful. I was able to check in early without getting charged. The room is spacious & well manicured. View is amazing as it’s overlooking Jayapura bay. Possibly, the only hotel with the best view
