- Hành lang tối, người lớn tuổi đi nhìn không rõ.
- Wifi yếu
- Hành lang bị đọng nước thời điểm sáng mọi người đi tắm biển về, trơn trợt nguy hiểm.
- hành lang dẫn từ khách sạn ra cầu vượt đi bộ ra nên có bảng chỉ đường nhiều hơn.
- Bãi tắm để ca nô nước chạy vào thoải mái, gây nguy hiểm cho khách tắm biển, và gây ô nhiễm.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w hotelu The Imperial. Przepiękny wystrój. Wnętrza w stylu wiktoriańskim. Ja i moja rodzina lubimy to. Przemiła obsługa. Dobre urozmaicone śniadania. Restauracja hotelowa La Sirena serwuje oprócz ryb i owoców morza bardzo dobre steki. Były z nami nasze jedenastoletnie wnuki, chyba też im się bardzo podobało, bo jak się dowiedziały, że odwołano nam lot, były przeszczęśliwe. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani pod każdym względem, za sprawą niesamowicie życzliwego personelu. Jak ktoś wybiera się do Wietnamu, szczerze polecam ten hotel.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, für jeden war etwas dabei!

Zimmer sehr groß und genau wie abgebildet.
Am 1. Tag bekommt man 2. kleine Flaschen Wasser ca. 200ml, 1. Sprit, 1. Coca Cola sowie 1. Fanta gratis im Hotel,
an den nächsten Tagen jeweils immer nur 2. kleine Flachen Wasser.
Für das Luxuriöse Hotel ist das etwas enttäuschend.
Man bekommt in Vietnam in jedem Hotel ob 2,3 oder 4 Sterne immer 2 Flaschen gratis Wasser.

Cons:

Der Hotel eigene Strand ist vom angespülten Müll dreckig als auch das Meer.
