Well equipped for a small hotel but either should have brought up our suitcases
Pros:

The bedroom although small had all the facilities required

Cons:

We had a fourth floor room upstairs which were very narrow and steep and had difficulty navigating with 2 suitcases
We should have been given a better choice of room lower down

A very nice clean hotel with nice staff and a good central location in London .
The hotel is in a very plesant area of London aswell with plenty of shops, restaurants and public gardens nearby!

I now stay here regularly when in London !

Unexpected £100 damage waiver demanded at check in.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to park, restaurants and various transport links. Clean shower room and carpets and good quality bed linen. Windows that open and a view of the trees.

Cons:

£100 waiver charged on arrival in case I damaged the room or stole something - hoping it is refunded promptly.

Cons:

Servizi igienici e spazio della camera matrimoniale veramente molto molto compatto, ma se utilizzata come semplice punto di appoggio, senza eccessive pretese sul comfort va più che bene!

Great location, comfortable and fairly priced
Pros:

Fantastic location, just a few mins walk to Paddington. Really friendly and helpful staff. Large room by london standards.

Cons:

Carpets were badly stained. Can only leave luggage until 1pm on the day of departure. Staff were able to make an exception as we’d booked a tour (thank you) but for others to be aware

V hot night so needed fan on all night -grateful it was provided
