Pros:

The front Desk Staff was not upto the mark, very very slow, incommunicable.
Rooms have small issue of curtains not closing completely on the sides due to structural defect.

The breakfast lay was not to the standards of other Swiss Bel Hotels where I have stayed. The staff in the Swiss Cafe was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of looking after the guests.

Comfortable, clean, attentive and helpful staff
Pros:

Have been staying in this hotel since 2011, some rooms and common area has been refurbished so it looks better however some couches/sofas/dining chairs need to be upholstered.

Lokasi sangat strategis
Pros:

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan mall dan tempat makan (tapi tidak direkomendasikan untuk yang tepat di seberang hotel, harganya mahal). Saat saya datang, hotel sedang proses renovasi, jd di lobby tercium bau lem yang menyengat. Sarapannya enak, tapi untuk kelas bintang 4 menurut saya kurang bervariasi, dan ada menu yang salah tulis.

Hotel perlu perawatan.
Pros:

Hotel sudah terlihat tua, lift hanya 2 dan kapasitas kecil sehingga agak lama.
Kebersihan di shower - kurang, sepertinya dinding/pintu kaca shower kurang perawatan. Shower head banyak scaling. Air panas/dingin tidak stabil begitu juga pressurenya.

やや古いタイプの大型ホテルという感じでした。シャワーのお湯の温度が終始ぬるかったのですが、暑い外から帰ってくるので問題ありませんでした。ショッピングモールも近くにあり買物も便利でした。

Comfortable stay but bathroom not clean
Pros:

We enjoyed our 1 Night stay at Swiss-bel. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was just not clean enough, lots of mould that looks like it has never been scrubbed. Breakfast was good also.

Not a bad hotel to stay in for business trip.
Pros:

The hotel is getting old need major improvement for its rooms. However, location is close to an old shopping center too, SCP (Samarinda Central Plaza).

many things out of order
Pros:

We asked for a smoke free room and our room was labeled as smoke free. But as soon as you opened the door you could smell the smoke. Our clothes still reek of smoke. The safe box in the room did not work.
