You have a pleasant and helpful staff. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient; they are ready to go to any length to help customers. The rooms are very comfortable and rooming. Free Breakfast: with a good variety of options. And the dedication of the breakfast attendant in ensuring the food was replenished and the area was clean was excellent. I will definitely introduce my friends to Comfort Inn at Wylie TX, I will come again to use your facility any time I travel out of my station.

Cons:

Cleaning the room every 3 days which I believe was not enough. The Hotel rooms are generally cleaned daily, even for extended stays.

I think enough said.
Pros:

Rm 111 was humid, smelly and shower did not work. Asked in the morning for a new room. When we came back to check in the lady at the desk said there weren’t any double queens available. Wanted one of us to sleep on a sofa after we were assured another room. She swore none were available and we held our ground until she found one miraculously. I’m guessing it wasn’t a room assigned to your booking.com rate/ bundle. That room was not smelly and the shower worked. But, both tubs were leaking water at about a gallon every few minutes. Wasteful!
