Cons:

Request made weeks prior to arrival of not being near the elevator and put on the top floor.
Appears the Request was looked at upon the time I arrived and.... well 1 door away from the elevator
Ac is motion activated. Really really sux.
A storm blew out the power. I understand things happens beyond your control. But a simple we do apologize for the inconvenience.. No expectations or questions asking if there were any concerns.
