I made reservations through Booking but when my husband arrived they couldn’t find the reservation #- said they had been having trouble with Booking- when I couldn’t find the confirmation number we ended up paying a second time- tried getting resolution through Booking with no success because they said the reservation was in the past- it was for 1 night

Pros:

Shower had great pressure. Extra blanket in closet, coffee always available.

Location, tv issues, stained furniture, terrible breakfast food, room only getting completely cleaned once.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Our room was exceptional, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. I liked the fact that I couldn't hear anyone in the next room.

Cons:

The only thing I found that I didn't like was there wasn't enough towel bars in the bathroom. There was none. There were 2 hooks on the back of the door but a towel bar would have went a long way and hand towel hanger.

Pros:

Everyone was friendly, they upgraded my room which was great

Cons:

I was next to the laundry room and even though it said it can't be used before 7am people went in there in the middle of the night. They would make so much noise and the machine too.... They should lock the door at those times... So unfortunately I didn't get great sleep
