A perfect, affordable hotel to stay at when visiting Biltmore Estate.
Pros:

Large, Comfortable Room. It was nice to have breakfast available in the morning. Quiet location, easily accessible to the freeway. I always appreciate a refrigerator.

The location was in an area near food, the room was clean

Cons:

The room had the ice machine right outside the door and it would drop ice every hour at night, sounding like someone was dropping a metal cart down the stairs.

The check in machine ruined any positive thoughts about our stay.
Pros:

It met our needs

Cons:

Did not like being in the first floor which is the basement with Rid-X in the room to prevent mold. I also did not like the check-in machine with a guy’s face talking to me on what to do to check in—especially since there were THREE men there that were obviously staff. Eventually they did take over and help me check in.

Tragic, I travel for a living. This is the worst experience I had!!!

Nothing do not stay here, they are thieves in the employee’s have the run of the place them management will not help or even talk with you

No shampoo in bathroom, but staff quickly got it when asked.
