Pros:

Great location, great value, good breakfast

Cons:

No heat in room but we were upgraded to a better, bigger room immediately. Great customer service

Quiet and comfortable

Cons:

Repair should of been completed(toilet paper holder had a plaster repaired but not painted). Ceiling in kitchen needs repair. Shower head was very poor, some black spots around shower base,?mold?). TV remotes not working well

Comfortable pleasant staff.
Pros:

The location was easy to find and the parking was plentiful. A Foodland is close buy so if you need milk or snacks it's really handy.

Cons:

The hotel needs how to work the fireplace and TV instructions.

Pros:

The foyer was quite inviting. The fireplace was pretty. The rooms were a good size for my husband and me. We loved the fireplace in our room.

Cons:

Our view wasn't great but we didn't rent the room for the view.

Overall, very satisfied!
Pros:

The staff were incredible and we had a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi!!
The beds were incredibly comfy and the gas fireplace is a lovely touch !

Cons:

Wish they would have had some more breakfast options like bacon, sausage, waffle maker.

Good hotel for one night only. Maybe they will improve in the future.

Cons:

The place is under renovation!!! Construction workers come in and out with equipment and tools and use the elevator. The dining tables are low. The location is a bit inconvenient (there is only a grocery store nearby). The pool (if you can call it a pool) is very small. It seems that the rooms need repainting because the paint is peeling. And most importantly... the hotel requires advance payment and there is no option to pay on site through Booking!!!
