Pros:

Spacious room. Close to work. Parking lot was cleaned better than main roads

Cons:

Sidewalk wasnt cleared of snow to main door. Had to walk in driving areas.
Wasn't able to adjust heat in room.

Rude staff. Took my daughter for her 13th birthday party with friends. We were out in a “handicap” room and her friends made fun of her. It was 76 degrees in the room. Everyone was hot and it’ll I couldn’t change temperature. Pull out sofa bed was so incredibly uncomfortable.

On the website stated indoor pool and hottub,no hottub and the pool was sooooo cold couldn't swim, fitness center none of the machines were on, and breakfast we were sat back in the corner and never checked on again was gonna order pancakes but noone ever came grandkids didnt get fo have anything but cereal will not stay again
