The smelly bedroom, the amenities didn’t work correctly, and the staff was more interested in their cell phones, then taking care of the customer

Pros:

Convenient location, excellent parking, very quiet. I also appreciated the bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Cons:

Front desk person at arrival not very friendly, but check-out person was great. A few more towels would have been nice.

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Staff, aside from waiter at breakfast, was a little rude, and uninterested in our needs. I spoke to a few staff just to be cordial and they just looked at me. There were a couple bugs in the room. Lastly, we had tons of issues with our key card, getting into the room and back inside the building. I had to walk around to the front of the building, from the back, to get back inside.

Buffet was very good. Several rooms booked with my family with kids and the pool was freezing. That’s a big deal with kids.
