Nailed It!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Khalia, the Front Office Manager who checked us in on the night audit shift, was incredibly sweet and welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. The next morning, the team went above and beyond by taking the time to look around and find earplugs for us as we were heading out, since we needed them for a monster truck show later that day. That small but thoughtful gesture really meant a lot, especially traveling with a child.

It was also great to see Brandon, the General Manager, personally working breakfast and later noticing him meticulously cleaning the lobby floor. That kind of hands-on leadership speaks volumes about the pride and care taken at this hotel.

At checkout, the front desk associate was phenomenal. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind, she wrapped up our stay on a perfect note.

The hotel was calm, clean, and comfortable, making it an ideal place to unwind. You can tell this property is well-led and that the team truly cares about the guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run hotel.

Property is very nice but charging for a breakfast that would be complimentary most places is dumb.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and clean, as was the entire property.

Cons:

It's ridiculous to charge guests for breakfast, especially nowadays. This is not a Motel 6 or some super cheap hotel. I would've expected more from a Hilton brand.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and nice. Bed was good. We had breakfast included in our room price. The omelettes we had were great. Was disappointed they charged $5 per night for parking in an open air parking lot. This is not downtown where I understand they are going to charge for parking.

Cons:

The $5 parking fee.
