I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The location is perfect with lots of local restaurant options. The hotel lobby is welcoming with a nice restaurant. The fitness center is fantastic- open 24 hours with machines, Free weights, kettle balls, weighted balls , yoga blocks etc! Rooms are nicely furnished with hard flooring. I tried breakfast the last day. It was a bit expensive at $15 for a hot breakfast. Eggs and omelets to order - it was worth it! Jenny waited on me and made sure I got my check in time for me to checkout, Cat was so helpful and kind at the front desk- I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff are fabulous! So friendly and helpful - we felt like welcome guests in their home.
Also very appreciative of the pet policy. We have a very well behaved large dog, and so many hotels have size limits. No issues here. However I am compelled to remind other pet owners to pick up after your dog! It is so inconsiderate to leave waste out in the public areas around the hotel, and you are also putting these fabulous pet policies at risk.
Our only complaint- and it is minor - is that the in room ac units are a bit noisy. We are light sleepers. I had trouble the first night, but my husband was fine. The second night we did a super cool before bedtime so slept most of the night with it off. Honestly this is the only improvement this property needs to make.
We have stayed at multiple properties in the area, and this will be our choice from now on.

Location was close to my office. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant/ bar had great food and amazing drinks. Lobby area was quiet for remote working on some days. All around the stay was great. When i come back on vacation to see Nashville I will for sure book here.

HGI took extraordinary care of myself and my neighbors during the great ice apocalypse of 2026.
I arrived late in the day delirious and exhausted with my two elderly, large dogs, after spending three days in the cold without power. I had been waitlisted and they made special accommodations to get me out of the cold as soon as possible.
Russ was there to check me in, with his warm welcoming greeting and perfectly toned, gentle humor. The staff were exceptional, especially given the chaos, the icy conditions, the many, many pets and the emotional state of everyone seeking refuge.
The room was quiet, clean and the outdoor space was full of trees and ample walking space, far from the busy roads. It’s a really close walk to my now favorite restaurant, Chrylasis.
I highly recommend this HGI to anyone coming to Nashville.
I hope we never have a week long power outage again, but if we do, I’m staying here.

The hotel was in a great location. It was stylish and modern. My room was spacious and bright. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The layout and style of the room was very nice.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, giving it a second chance. On this visit, our first room had a sewer gas smell in the bathroom, & running the water/flushing toilet did not help (fill drains). We switched rooms, now without bathroom smell, but the bed had holes/divots (uncomfortable), TV remote did not work, the shower drain cover was loose & had to be careful not to cut a foot when showering, and toilet would not flush consistently. Towel quantity was skimpy, toilet paper holder was rusty w TP roll falling off. It was late, we were tired & were not going to try for a 3rd room. Room decor was not as expected for a HGI - & low grade floor coverings looking tired. Hallway carpet was in serious need of vacuuming. As for charging $12 for parking & clean parking lot should be expected. Without considering the breakfast - it was 1 star stay, but added 1 star as breakfast was decent. Very disappointed & will staying elsewhere next time.
