The bed I guess was okay
I got charged 230 for a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub that did not work.And the room was very small and the staff was rude and it didn't even include breakfast. The website said 205, and I was charged in extra $25.For what?
The hotel was in a great location. It was stylish and modern. My room was spacious and bright. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The layout and style of the room was very nice.
My room was very nice, but there were a few small issues. The laminate was peeling up on the nightstands by the bed very badly. The wing back style chair had a strange stain on the seat. I I liked the coffee and tea available in the room, but it would’ve been nice to have free coffee in the lobby.
Plumbing in our room was awful toilet wouldn't flush and drain wouldn't drain the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work so it was humid and steamy tv had no movie channels for when you get to hotel at night and just wanna watch a movie

The Bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were no better. ALSO I itched from head to toe the whole time . I will not be staying there again.

The room had damages, pillows are old and smelled, the carpets were dirty. Breakfast was not good especially for the money.

Our room was next to the elevator had we had a LOT of noise all night long. I’m pregnant and we checked in around 12:30a with children. No one got any rest from all the elevator activity. Very disappointed. We had been traveling all day.

Curtain wouldn’t open, food around the bed, and food wrapper by the bed. Bed was hard as a brick.
