Easy parking, clean rooms and helpful staff. We especially liked the morning and evening meal service. Afternoon cookies were yummy too!
It wasn’t really possible to walk to town, but because we were outside of downtown, we had a quiet stay.

The staff is always nice and the facility is always clean and high quality.
Sometimes I wish they had a breakfast bar included in the price. You can order your breakfast in the cafe downstairs and it's a similar price to eating breakfast at a local cafe. I think they have to do it this way because the numbers of clients go up and down depending on what's happening at the University. So it makes sense that they make breakfast to order.
The beds and pillows were very comfy. I enjoyed the gym as well. The staff was courteous and we even got an early check in.

Clean, beds are so comfy, employees are nice and kind, understand. Hotel closed to VT so very convenient to visit our daughter.
We were on the first floor near the exit facing the picnic table outside. Coming out that door we see people drinking at the picnic table with loud music, loud voices during evening time around 5:00 pm til midnight. My kids also told me that those people were peeing by the fence which makes my kids uncomfortable and feeling unsafe they way their acting. Plus they speaking different language that my kids don't understand.
It was loud above us.
Staff were nice. Good location.
Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room every other day. They only came in once, replaced a towel, and did not make the bed or take out the trash. No free breakfast :( other hotels in the area at the same price point did have free breakfast. Disappointing for the amount of money I spent on the room.
Austin was absolutely amazing. He checked us in at 2am and was so cheerful and helpful. Please give him a raise because he deserves every cent.
The service was horrible
They didn’t do the room and when I told him they promise to do better than next day
It didn’t happen they just give a very, very bad service

The room is clean, stocked and convenient to our traveling pups.
I stay here for work couple of times a month. Location is great. Got a great atmosphere. The personnel is great especially Vicky and Bri and we came forget Austin at the bar. The rooms are always clean. Got a real nice exercising room and a nice pool indoors of course if you like to walk, they’ve got Trail to walk. It’s just a super great place to stay. It has a great value also.
