India was working the bar during my stay. She was fun, welcoming, and made some delicious drinks! Service like this makes me want to come back, and I will! Thanks India, ill see you soon!

I travel to Houston quite often and stay at this property. I recently met India and I must say she has been an absolute joy! After a long day, it’s refreshing to be able to wind down and have a great conversation. And not just me, she is able to engage everyone at the bar with conversation and excellent service!

Keyshawn was welcoming and helpful. Love the new renovations they’re doing with the hotel as well… nice and modern. This has always been my favorite place to stay while visiting Houston.

Leonard was exceptional in taking care of us. I couldn’t ask for better service!!!!! I will definitely come and stay at this hotel from now on!!!!

Great ambience. Played pool with the boys and had great drinks from India, the bartender. Very kind and very engaging with everyone.

The good, comfortable rooms, but the staff is the best part. They are all great, but especially Courtney and KeShawn who helped me with a corporate billing issue. Will always plan on staying here when in the area.

The hotel seems to be relatively laid back. My experience with it starts with the young woman at the front desk named Courtney. I was having a little bit of a rough day and was ready to be done with it and she was just so friendly upbeat and genuine that I was able to end the day on a good note after all!

I stayed at this location on 1-23-26 and I had such an amazing experience. Hotel was clean atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Allen was great, he recommendation to local events was much so needed. Next time I’m Houston I’ll stay this property.

Had a great experience at the aloft with my yearly trip with my brothers. India at the bar was very friendly and knew how to mix a great drink. She had a great personality and kept us entertained at the bar. She was definitely the reason we had an awesome time at the aloft. Really would recommend and day if the week. The aloft checks all the boxes and I'm definitely looking forward to my next trip to Houston! Thanks again India and the rest of the the staff at the aloft!

Exceptional service at Aloft Hotel! Keshawn at the front desk was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Shoutout to Keshawn at the front desk of the Aloft Houston! We were visiting from out of state and he seriously went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and stress-free. From check-in to check-out, he was welcoming, helpful, and just genuinely great at what he does.

He answered all our questions, gave solid recommendations, and made us feel right at home. You can tell he really cares about guests. Aloft is lucky to have him—he definitely deserves a raise or a promotion to manager.

The room was large & comfortable and rate was very affordable. I appreciated the Dry Bar products and blow dryer.

This is a mid-level business hotel. Service was serviceable, not particularly warm or friendly but it was fine for a one night business trip.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, which might be annoying if you were in the room during day but fine after 5PM and before approximately 8AM. I could not hear any construction noise in. my room on the 8th Floor.

I selected breakfast as my Platinum member benefit but wish I had not. Limited breakfast options and you order from a counter like at a fast good restaurant.
