Promised an exceptional breakfast which turned out to be a load of microwaved slush that could have been purchased a-la-carte at half the price.

The location is very convenient, close to everything you need - the mall, restaurants etc. It is 25 mins away from the airport which makes it very easy to get in and out of town. The rooms are also comfortable.
The breakfast option could have been better, very limited options available. All else was great!

I came and visited aloft by galleria and I had a wonderful experience from checking in with morgan( she was super pleasant and sweet and made check in a breeze) the location is perfect and the amenities were great

I love the cleanliness and the staff was awesome our plane got canceled and they was so helpful keeping us in our same room even tho we booked 3rd party it was great
I didn't like that there was no do not disturb signs so housekeeping was going in the room when weren't in it to clean and knocking on the door trying to come in while we were sleep to clean but the fact that they wanted to keep it cleaned help not be upset
I had a great stay and Keshawn's customer service was awesome! Keshawn was very helpful and attentive to my needs & questions regarding my stay in Houston.
