We have stayed at several Alofts. Always consistently good experience WITH Recycling Bins!!!
Pros:

Location very walkable to shops and dining. Secure parking garage. Nice room WITH Recycling Bin!!! Nice decor. Fun lobby with pool table and fireplace. Lovely outdoor patio with firepit.

Cons:

A couple of times the security entrance/exit to the parking garage was not functioning. BUT they had people working on it and it didn't delay anyone more than a few minutes.

Pros:

Morgan who works the fronts desk gave me the BEST experience of my life !! 100000000/10. From me calling multiple times, changing the arrival time due to delays of flights, she still managed to make sure I was fully accommodated even with a 3:30 arrival. Would definitely come back for her SPECIFICALLY

Great time Houston!
Pros:

Recently went to the aloft and had a really great experience. The bar is a great area to relax and have a drink after a long days work. This was my first time in Houston. Can't wait to come back and I will stay at this location again.

Pros:

Luis made checking in wonderful and he made my girlfriend‘s birthday amazing and he went above and beyond and got her a card and drink vouchers and it made her knife we will for sure come back. We feel like family.

I really like the new renovations compared to a couple of years ago. The rooms seems brighter and updated. I am huge on aesthetically pleasing restrooms, so that was another plus. However, my highlife was Keshawn at the front desk. He was extremely hospitable, professional, efficient, and even showed me pointers about bonvoy that I never knew. EVERYONE DESERVES THE KESHAWN EXPERIENCE!

Great Stay for a mini vacay

I had a fantastic stay at Aloft Houston by the Galleria. The hotel has such great vibes from the moment you walk in — modern, upbeat, and welcoming without feeling over-the-top. The recent renovations really show, with a fresh, stylish design that feels clean, contemporary, and thoughtfully put together.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. From check-in to answering questions and making recommendations, everyone was attentive and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better.

Overall, the hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort and cool. If you’re looking for a place with personality, updated rooms, and a great atmosphere near the Galleria area, this is an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again.
