Worst hotel experience
Pros:

Worst hotel ever! Stayed in room 1023 for 2 nights no tv or phone service at all. Maintenance came to fix tv and he couldn't fix it. They said they would change my room never did. Ask for corporate number or guest service and the front desk worker gave me the hotel front desk number instead. She lied and said that the manager is not coming in. Asked what could be done they said nothing. I had other people in 3 other rooms that will be also giving an review. 214-563-7066

Cons:

The hotel itself is in good condition, but if you are expecting a proper breakfast like you would normally get at most hotels, you definitely won’t get one here.

There isn’t even any bread to spread the butter on, not to mention any proper food for a decent breakfast. There isn’t even any juice. What kind of breakfast is that?

Very disappointing. The hotel may be in good condition, but the lack of a proper breakfast leaves a really unpleasant impression. Just awful.

Cons:

I was told by the receptionist that the elevators were out and that they would not be functioning throughout my stay. Because, my room was on a high floor and I had a lot of luggage, the receptionist suggested that I cancel my reservation. I did just that. Now, I’m in a battle between Booking and Aloft to get a refund.

Great Customer Service and Room
Pros:

Traveling to Houston always gives me a lot of anxiety!!! But when I walked in the Aloft Hotel I was welcome with a smile from Ms. Morgan I knew it would be okay! She was able to check me with no problem!! The room beat all my expectations!!! I’m so happy that I picked Aloft and thank you Morgan for welcoming me to Houston!

Loved the place and the staff
Pros:

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here! This was my 1st time in Houston and I will be staying here again on my next visit. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lauren at the front desk was super attentive to all guest and exceptionally helpful with my family and I. We appreciated her giving us directions and recommendations to places to do in Houston. Great place, great staff.

Great stay in the Aloft with newly renovated rooms
Particularly the front desk checkin and out with Morgan was great. She gave me excellent food recommendations.
Courtney made me great eggs for breakfast and was so sweet.
Keith was very helpful during check out and very pleasant!
