dream aloft
Pros:

first off i would like to thank the dream team Margarita & Lueez, amazing people and very in tune with their job, their hospitality gave me life. this was my highlught of the month! coming back for halloween.

Cons:

a girl from the bar was screaming too loud cussing and thats unprofessional but that just a facet, it wont take away any of my ratings.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Nothing!! My reservation was double booked and they tried to play me down with a smaller room for 4 guest so I canceled and they still had the nerve to charge me the 2 night stay i expect a refund immediately!!

Cons:

Displeased with everything will never go to any aloft or Marriott again over priced hotels with the same quality as a la Quinta or days in or even a motel would have been better than this dump!! 600 to 700 for these rooms is crazy and only for them to double book your stay id say there's incompetent ppl running thus dump.

Convenience + comfort at Aloft
Pros:

Very convenient location to the Italian Consulate. Very comfortable design, layout, bed, etc. Easy parking and registration. Courteous staff. They recommended a top notch restaurant across street, The Capitol Grille. While expensive, it was worth every penny and one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we ever had.

Cons:

I thought the lobby was rather cold and impersonable. Kind of like a cafeteria. Its probably this way for efficiency, but having an onsite restaurant for breakfast or lunch to sit down would have been nice.

I genuinely had such a great stay. The staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of!
Pros:

I really love this hotel! When I got there, Brittany was welcoming everyone with champagne, which was honestly MUCH needed after a long day of airport delays. It was such a nice surprise and definitely helped turn my day around. Morgan and Luis were so sweet and hilarious at check-in. They had me laughing the whole time and made everything so easy. Everyone was super welcoming, and you can really tell the staff cares about their guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a nice atmosphere. I had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Pros:

I liked everything, the front desk attendants were super nice and relatable, louie and Morgan. Even in the middle of distress last night over the elevators not working, they made our little extra wait worthwhile. The hotel overall is really moderns and looks amazing, they mentioned they had just undergone a remodelation and it looks amazing! Next time I got to try the heated pool. Probably be coming back in the winter!! If there’s a manager reading this, awesome job recruiting these amazing people all over the hotel

Pros:

The bartender Frank makes really good drinks and I live in spring, but we wanted a little staycation. We now know the Morgan and Luis will be at the front desk. Next time we come it was amazing. They were really happy to see us for some reason that I love the remain unknown to me. But they’re the best making you feel welcome even if they haven’t seen you thank you Morgan and Luis. We are coming back. Amazing. Amazing look as well for the hotel.

Cons:

I liked everything and so did my wife. The only thing was maybe a microwave in the room, but that’s it

Really enjoyed my stay! Morgan and Luis at the front desk were literally the best and made check-in super easy. The room was nice and clean, and I was upgraded to a higher floor with an awesome view of the city. Definitely made my stay even better. I’ll be back!

Great vibes, great food, great drinks, and the Dream Team made my stay unforgettable!

Aloft Houston is officially my go-to spot whenever I’m in Houston. The whole stay was a vibe from start to finish. The check-in experience was honestly unlike any hotel check-in I’ve ever had in the best way. Morgan and Luis had me laughing the whole time. 😂 They call themselves the “Dream Team,” and I can confirm… the name is VERY accurate. The bar was another highlight. Good food, good drinks, good energy, exactly what you want when you’re trying to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy the night without even having to leave the hotel. Everything about the stay felt fun, comfortable, and welcoming. Morgan and Luis really set the tone and made me feel like a regular, even though I was checking in like everyone else.
I’ll be back in December for my birthday, so that should tell you everything you need to know! Every time I’m in Houston, Aloft is my first choice. If you’re coming to Houston, definitely stay here and do yourself a favor and ask for Morgan and Luis. The Dream Team is the real deal! 🔥

A super cute stay with great vibes, and Morgan made my birthday feel extra special!
Pros:

Honestly had such a good stay here! The hotel was really cute, clean, and had such a nice vibe without feeling overly fancy or stuffy. Morgan at check-in was SO sweet and welcoming. She even gave me a free drink for my birthday, which was such a cute surprise 🥹 Definitely made the whole stay feel a little more special!
