El staff es muy amable. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, no tiene suficientes enchufes para conectar y casi no tiene luces. Lo único positivo es el área donde se encuentra. Esperemos que con la remodelación quede mejor.

Mal servicio y malas instalaciones para estar en el Distrito 1 esperábamos algo mejor.

The stay was great !! The bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious ! Overall very satisfied!

Terrible experiencia desde nuestra llegada a las instalaciones, llegamos a hacer nuestro check in y esperamos a que la persona del front desk se desocupara de una llamada y mientras tanto llegó un cliente sin educación y le pidió su equipaje y de pronto dejó el teléfono para atenderle siendo que nosotros estábamos esperando primero, cuelga su llamada y en cuanto nos va atender llega otro cliente maleducado y pide al mismo empleado le active su llave y nos deja con la palabra en la boca y se vuelve a atenderle a esa persona dejándome esperando de nuevo, de muy mal gusto y falta de respeto desde el representante de front desk hasta los mismos clientes. Llegamos a nuestra habitación para ser exactos la 214 y olía horriblemente a pies y hablo al front desk y me dice que me envía a alguien de limpieza, llega la señora amablemente y lo único que sugirió es abrir la ventana….. las instalaciones de la habitación especialmente el baño se sentía sucio y el piso estaba con cabellos y tierra en las orillas, dejó de ser aquel hotel limpio y de atención excepcional, última ves que nos quedamos ahí, y aclarando que ya dejara de ser Ramada Encoré para ser un Four Points by Sheraton….. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo!

I paid for a suite and while that's what I got, I was never warned the hotel was going through a remodeling. It was dirty and noisy, yet I paid full price for a suite.
Parking is limited and during my stay a lot of the spaces were blocked by the containers because of the remodeling.

Nice and convenient

I did not get any VIP anything. This was a joke - No where to charge your phone near the beds, this was very strange. You have to get up across the room to charge your phone. Male staff at the Front Desk was not helpful at all. He could not do anything for us. The girl was great. My door was open at check in, and someone walked in while I was taking a shower (housekeeping). My TV sound did not work. The TV needed two remotes, one that I had to call down for. The Internet is horrible here, all over the hotel and in the rooms. My room was above air conditioning and it was loud all day and night. Also the building is not RED and the name of the hotel is wrong. No one told me this!

No obtuve nada VIP. Esto fue una broma: no había ningún lugar para cargar el teléfono cerca de las camas, esto fue muy extraño. Tienes que cruzar la habitación para cargar tu teléfono. El personal masculino de la recepción no fue de ninguna ayuda. No pudo hacer nada por nosotros. La chica era genial. Mi puerta estaba abierta en el momento del registro y alguien entró mientras me estaba duchando (limpieza). El sonido de mi televisor no funcionó. El televisor necesitaba dos controles remotos, uno al que tuve que llamar. Internet es horrible aquí, en todo el hotel y en las habitaciones. Mi habitación estaba encima del aire acondicionado y había mucho ruido todo el día y la noche. Además, el edificio no es ROJO y el nombre del hotel es incorrecto. ¡Nadie me dijo esto!
