All staff were excellent, great location, great transport links
Pros:

The scrambled egg, croissants and the coffee apple struda,l fruit salad, ham cheese.
Location excellent good transport links all local to hotel
plenty of shops and restaurant in surrounding areas
The staff are excellent very helpfull

Cons:

The breakfast is coninental and the only hot items are scrambled eggs or soft boiled.
all the cereals were muesli
Room small and bathroom very cramped shower door opened wrong way
The A/C was tempremental

Short but sweet.
Pros:

Immediate access to public transportation made it easy to get into the city.
Modern rooms, honor bar, very friendly staff.
Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Good value and convenient location near the train station.
Pros:

Hotel was located very close to the East Train Station and Tram located right outside door so easy to get to the old town. There is no mini fridge in the rooms but there is complimentary water/snacks available in the common area.

Cons:

The room could use a little re-fresh. Wall treatments worn at the head of the bed some staining of the carpet. Overall a comfortable room however. My friend's room did not seem to have these issues.

Helemaal goed!
Pros:

De locatie (naast osthofbahn) en de service van het personeel. Vooral het ontbijt was boven verwachting goed en personeel daar erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het was best duur en had geen gym

Sehr zuvorkommend und sauber. Tolle Ausgangslage und ÖV-Anschluss. Tolle grösse der Zimmer.

Cons:

Wäre schön, wenn man die Sonnenstoren manuell bedienen könnte.
