Pros:

Everything was good til the morning & are suitcase rolled threw dog crap :( took over hour to clean then ask for refund there gave us a extremely small discount :( we felt it should of been way more. Felt bad fur the cleaners also they were good to us. Two of us walked through it also . Theme helped show where more was . I will never stay there again . We should have got a full refund.

Cons:

It was as it was our animal and there was nothing the manger said he could do bit an extremely small discount Horrible. That why we pay a large damage disposition . I’m sure it would not of hurt if we could of got our full amount returned

Reservation booked, but they couldn't fulfill it because they sold our room
Cons:

Reservation wasn't held when we got to the hotel, had it booked since the morning and got there at 8pm, ready to enjoy their pool. Only to be told we didn't have a reservation yet we had the card on file charged the full stay

Pros:

The property needs a refresh. Pushing our luggage carrier to the room the hallway carpet is obviously unattached and a carpet wave formed in front of the cart. The room furniture is so oversized that it leaves very little walking space, and a complimentary breakfast was expected.

Started off by just prior to entering the lobby with 2 people smoking pot which turned out one of them worked the front desk and entered shortly behind us lol. Place is out dated and the rooms didn’t give you the feeling of cleanliness. Tried to touch as little as possible and slepted on the blankets even. Might be fine for a group of guys on a snowmobiling trip but DON’T bring your spouse here thinking of a romantic getaway lol
