El Casco con el encanto de San Isidro
Pros:

Primero: el personal. La amabilidad, disposición, cortesía. Todo impresionante.
Segundo: la paz, tranquilidad, entorno.
Tercero: la comida. No sólo el desayuno buffet (que está bueno), la cocina de buen nivel.
Cuarto: las habitaciones. Al menos la que nos asignaron, de un confort excelente.

Cons:

Tuvimos la mala suerte de compartir unas horas con niños.

Шикарный бутик отель, в самом центре
Pros:

Отель находится в минуте от главного собора города. Шикарный интерьер главного здания, мы были в восторге! Приятный персонал, всегда помогали нам с коляской и сумками. Завтрак вкусный, все свежее. Жили в шале-много подушек, огромные кровати, кондиционер и в столовой. Небольшой бассейн, но и людей не много. Хорошее меню рум сервиса. С удовольствием бы сюда еще вернулись🥰

Просто превосходное место, которое поддерживают в прекрасном состоянии. Это как дом музей, в котором можно жить. Очень тихо, уютно. Вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

разочаровал момент, что мы специально забронировали самый дорогой номер с балконом и видом на сад, а дали сперва другой. Но очень быстро решили этот вопрос и поменяли

А также очень и очень испортило впечатление то, что при выселении с нас списали оплату за бутылки воды из мини бара. Это так портит премиальный сегмент, ведь мы заплатили не 50 долларов за ночь, а 320. Могли бы уж сделать стоимость проживания 350 и включить в стоимость весь мини бар. При выезде это расстроило.
В остальном все было чудесно

As soon as you get inside the hotel, you feel peacefulness and calmness. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and the staff was nice.

Cons:

We stayed at the beginning of January so it was summer but by 5pm there was barely no sun hitting the pool which is a petty considering how hot it is. Also, there were a lot of families so just to point out that's not a hotel for couples and we didn't realise that before.

Pros:

El hotel es hermoso. La pileta muy buena. El personal que atiende super atento y amable. Nos ofrecieron un upgrade. Especial mención a quienes están encargados del check-in porque se fijan de antemano quiénes serán los huéspedes a ingresar en el día para hacerte sentir bienvenido 🙂

Gorgeous hotel in a great location

The building itself is magnificent, an old mansion in San Isidro’s heart. Special mention to the staff, super kind and helpful, nice breakfast in a gorgeous setting
