The staff were exceptional, very customer oriented and friendly. The service was outstanding. My family really felt comfortable and special. Thank you for your very warm welcome and warm greetings throughout our stay. Sabah. The room attendant was particularly helpful and very friendly. Thank you so much for your sincere greetings and assistance Sabah. You made us feel like family. The rooms are very clean and well stocked with all the necessary amenities. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The decor is very appealing in its Italian Renaissance inspired way. The breakfast is a good assortment of traditional Lebanese and continental delights. Thank you for the complimentary Lebanese sweets delivered to our room upon our arrival. A very nice way to be welcomed. I would highly recommend staying here again. Close to American University, Bliss Street and only a short car ride to Down Town shopping, Rouche and Zaytoona Bay. Valet parking was very handy too. Check-in was very smooth and check out was late enough to allow us to sleep in a little, enjoy breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel and leave on time.

When I booked this hotel, I couldn't't imagine that it is going to be that exceptional...starting with the big smile of Mr.Hussien who welcomed me with great hospitality on the main door, moving to the super AVTIVE Mr.Ahmed from the front desk who welcomed me as if i'm in his own home...checking on me and wishing me that I reached the hotel safely, mentioning that they upgraded me from a room to a deluxe suite with breakfast ...then Madame Sabah from house keeping who used to greet me every single morning with the same warmth, checking my bed sheets and mattress if i slept well, also cleaning every part of the suite everyday for 6 nights....then my big thank for Mr. Issa and Mr.Abid from the restaurant, those well mannered and professional in checking the guests and their needs on the breakfast daily....And all that was wrapped with the Godfather of this place Sir Adon, the manager, the main reason that encouraged me to exceed my stay...The amount of professionalism he has in every single detail managing this place... starting with my booking, following up with me regarding my payment, his prompt reply and actions, his big hospitality that made me feel safe secure and comfort...he has the eagle eye on every single detail related to each guest, I can't thank him enough for this exceptional stay that exceeded my expectations...( The right person in the right place )
