Comfy beds. Friendly staff.
Pros:

We came to Tehachapi to visit my son, and when his work schedule prevented us from staying with him we were able to get the the room at the last minute for a reasonable price. We really appreciated the balcony since the morning were cool and we could sit out there and enjoy the breeze and the view. The staff was very helpful and lovely. We came back for a second night at the last minute again, and got the same room so it felt like home.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the carpet in some of the common areas is obviously worn and in need of repair.

Will never stay at your chain again.
Pros:

This hotel is disgusting. Pool hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Windows throughout the same. Bathroom floor covered in hair. It is clear that anything broken gets removed, not repaired.

Cons:

Nothing. Frankly, I'm shocked that any manager could retain their job allowing the disgust and neglect on clear display. Shameful. Way too expensive to stay in a virtual trailer park.
