A great place to stay in Portland.
Pros:

Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. As s residence inn, the rooms are larger than normal to accommodate the kitchenette and small dining table and the extra space was nice. The location is a short walk from the heart of Old Port, which was fine. The room was very good value for money.

Cons:

Parking was a bit expensive, but otherwise close and convenient and did have in/out privileges, unlike other options.

Great place to stay if you want something that is quiet but still in the downtown proper.
Pros:

The location was super convenient, walking distance of literally everything in the downtown area and so close to the harbor walking path! The lovely concierge who checked me in had so many great recommendations for places to go, things to do, and places to eat! Everyone I interacted with was so hospitable and I appreciated all of them!

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't anything that was really a problem.

Pros:

Location was great. Comfortable beds and rooms

Cons:

We used valet service for our car and had large amount of luggage, bell boy never offered to help out even we offered tip beforehand.

Family fun with great location
Pros:

Great front desk experience, Bean provided excellent restaurant recommendations with Gilberts. Room was clean and had everything we needed with dishwasher and fridge. Though the dishwasher did start to overflow when we started it. Overall great experience.

Pack n play was placed in our room prior to our stay.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing and breakfast was delicious!

The view from the hotel was a concrete garage which made me feel a little claustrophobic.
