Cons:

No hot water either day! 😡Asked for bedding for the pull-out. 90 min later called again and they said there must have been poor communication. Finally got some bedding after 2.5 hrs. Parking was $40 a night😳

The whole staff appears to like & care about their jobs and the facility
Pros:

Great location, staff & comfort. There was a lot of remodeling going on and it was being accomplished with little to no inconvenience for the guests. The breakfast staff are wonderful
