We were woken up at 3 AM by other guests, kids, and possibly staff running up and down the porch, talking loudly,and making a lot of noise.

Staff called and cancelled my stay the night before check in on a busy concert night when most hotels in the area were fully booked. Staff member was completely unprofessional and even asked me to lie and tell booking.com that MY plans changed and that I needed to cancel the stay, which would have made it so I had to pay the 50% fee! They said they would cancel on their side, and never did. I had to work with booking.com support to get it cancelled properly so my card wasn’t charged.

EVERYTHING was dirty; the staff did not even change the sheets on the bed. The room had old and beat up furniture. There was even a strange, out of place, office chair, just shoved into the room next to the bed that was so beat up. It looked as though it had been collected from some nearby property with a “free” sign on it.

The sheets on the bed were dirty to the point where my wife and I did not even touch them. It was really just gross, and even the quarters were strewn with chairs and couches that blocked the path.

It was small, no dresser or closet. The screen on the window was falling out, I had to close and lock the window to keep it from falling out. There was a couch in the hallway turned so you couldn’t sit. The smashed picnic table was lovely, there about outdoor chairs to share with the entire hotel. I especially didn’t like the coffee makers had green or brown water. The staff stocked the bread and other things without gloves- they had toast but no butter.

I was not given the room i purchased. It lacked furniture and no place for my son to sleep, no curtains, no garbage receptical and tv had no picture. Screens broken and inn keeper sold me room knowing I wasn't getting what I purchased then refused to refund me stating he updated the room status on booking but still knew I purchsed something

Worker called me early afternoon wanting to know when I was checking in. Told him I wasn't sure but it would probably be later in the night. He acted like this was gonna be a issue and had to call his manager and would call me back. Never got a call back so I just simply got a room somewhere else. The room was a hour drive from where I was and I wasn't taking a chance of having issues. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was a first.

On trouvais des cheveux partout.. poubelle pas faite et dans la salle de bain il avais plein de trace de savon sur les murs

Lousy breakfast, was advertised as having more but didn't. Room said was a microwave, there was no such thing,.

Room was a postage stamp. AC is plugged in OVER a curtain rod VIA EXTENSTION CORD!
The "nightstand" is a mini-mini-fridge. Plugs didn't work on lamp. Wall plug in bathroom made our tool plug HOT to the touch - but didn't actually turn the hairdryer on. Room smelled of smoke.

Très mauvaise expérience. La chambre était loin d’être propre. Les draps étaient tachés à notre arrivée et il y avait énormément de graines et de saletés sur le plancher, comme si la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée correctement entre deux clients. La salle de bain et les autres surfaces manquaient également d’entretien.

Pour un établissement qui accueille des voyageurs, un minimum de propreté devrait être assuré. Malheureusement, l’état de la chambre a rendu notre séjour très désagréable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
