Worth it.
Pros:

This place had beautiful views of the lake & i got to see the most gorgeous sunrise from my room.

Cons:

They gave me a room on the 3rd floor & im currently ill (was admitted to the hospital while I was up in that area) unfortunately due to being so sick, it was hard to get up and down the stairs, especially with my heavy bags.

Pros:

It was a cross from a lake.

Cons:

Everything else sucked.
The room had an overly cologne smell,the sheets were dirty I used my own. breakfast was supposed to be available at 7 it wasn't. The curtain on the left side was broken. The shower curtain was missing a hook and was yellow/brownish near the bottom. The carpet in front of the bed had a stain that the desk person said I made.

nice view out window

Cons:

shower curtain was filthy, wide streaks of old soap scum/stains in folds when I fanned it out. I skipped shower as had no lysol. lighting was so dim in bath, couldn't use mirror, 20 watt bulb ? sheet of paper glued over something on wall with kid's scribbled picture on it with words "Please help me" room smelled unclean. slept for a few hours and left for next stop

Friendly guy

Cons:

Dirty and run-down place, would not stay there again. No fan in bathroom. Room smelly. Rests of toothpaste from previous occupant in sink.

If you just need a place to sleep and don't mind dirt
Pros:

That it was near bank nh pavilion

Cons:

It was very dirty and built poorly, staff wasn't around much, and the key cards barley worked, and they had dirty towels, barley any toilet paper, outlets didn't work

Don’t stay if you don’t need to.
Pros:

I’m sorry to say but nothing.

Cons:

It was run down and there was no one at the desk when we arrive. There was a number to call but no one answered it. There were stains on the sheets, the sink wasn’t even attached to the wall.

Comfortable Lakes Region Inn
Pros:

Nice location and perfect for our trip. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. We had an awesome view of Winnisquam

We stayed one night while attending a concert, it was fine for the purpose.
Pros:

Good location, easy to find and convenient to Laconia & Tilton. It was nice being near the lake, it looks like they are trying to refresh/update the property.

Cons:

The linens were dingy and yellowed, the sheet had a stain on it and the room could’ve been cleaner. There were stray hairs on the bathroom floor, some debris on the floor in the bedroom. There was also a bit of a musty smell, which I attributed to being a lower level room.

The Inn needs updating.

The location

Cons:

The water turned Brown and was spitting from the faucet. We paid for a Queen room got a Double. They never even asked if we wanted the room cleaned or offered new towels. I had to ask everytime I need new towels and the manager would get upset. The room said it was a Queen and had a balcony...it did NOT have a balcony nor was it a queen and the manager said I didn't know what a Queen was. LoL. It was a cheap room. But customer service shouldn't be.

Overall l, pretty good
Pros:

The view was nice. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast. Shower was spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom door lock was broken. Windows covering was ripped so a map was taped over it. Would have liked a curtain that blocked out sun. Shower curtain missing a hook.
