TV was a smart TV. We had to use our personal login to watch anything. There was no cable so we didn't watch tv.

Room was what I would expect for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us; 5 minutes from a soccer showcase that our daughter was playing in. When torrential rain closed down the showcase we went to the hotel lobby area to wait it out. The staff was accommodating and friendly to the girls.
Heater/air conditioner was loud enough to wake up the dead. Breakfast was just OK.
Room and service were all great! Great hot breakfast in the morning to get our day started. Would highly recommend this La Quinta!
This hotel is full of bed bugs and other bugs. I had my body covered in bites, and all became inflamed since I have allergies to insect bites. I lost two Samsonite luggage due to the infestation of that place.
I have been trying to contact the manager for the past 5 days, but he is never at the facility. As soon as I woke up, and still had blood in some areas, a lady from the front desk came to my room to see how I was. She took pictures and said the manager was not at the location, and he would be there on Monday, Jan 19.
On Monday, I called, and he had a family issue and couldn't talk to me. On Tuesday, he was occupied. On Wednesday, they simply got all my phone calls and hung up.
Avoid this place! The only ones there who will be around you are the bugs, not the manager.
I attached the pictures, including one from my pillow with a blood stain and bed bug eggs. I doubt all the other Google reviews are true reviews.
They continue to act like that because Wyndham Hotels is not responsible for their mistakes or lack of professionalism, so they keep doing business that way.
WILL THE PROPERTY CONTINUE TO REFUSE MY PHONE CALLS OR TO RETURN MY CALLS? I WISH I DIDN'T NEED TO GO TO THE GENERAL ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. If you have a minimum of dignity, you would contact your customers, instead of making their lives a nightmare.
