Pretty run down and untrained staff

It’s run down. It was rare to find a helpful or nice staff member. They ruined my clothes with bleach on the outside line and the day managers reply was well you should have dried them inside. I will say the night manager tried to rectify it and was very apologetic about it. You get what you pay for I guess. Our outdoor area was very basic and exposed as opposed to all the others. I did look at a 2 bedroom apartment however and it was lovely. We stayed in a studio

We were put in an apartment right next door to an apartment being renovated so all day every day there were removing tiles off walls etc
Our room also had a massive leak there was water pouring in the lounge room.
I go to Bali a few times a year and I will not be staying there again
There was also bees all around breakfast that the staff ignored

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.
Pros:

Only the location. That’s the only positive aspect of this hotel.

Cons:

There is a strong moldy smell throughout the rooms and common areas. The pool is not as shown in the photos and feels unsafe for young children. Cleanliness standards are very poor, especially in the breakfast area where plates and utensils were visibly dirty.

Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Many staff members do not understand even basic English, which made it very hard to resolve simple issues.

During our last two nights, there was something inside the ceiling making loud noises, and we were unable to sleep. Although staff came to check, nothing was resolved.

After using the pool, our child developed severe skin rashes, including facial irritation and diaper rash. This was extremely concerning and clearly raises serious hygiene issues regarding the pool maintenance.

Overall, the hygiene, safety, and service standards are unacceptable, especially for families traveling with children.

Dont stay in this rubbish rundown hitel

Wouldn't stay here even if free, absolutely rubbish hotel. Did not like anything at all

Great location, hotel needs a lot of work. Not 5 star like it states.

The location was great

Cons:

For a family resort the pool was very deep at 1.65cm.
The only lift in the hotel broke down multiple times.
We had workman working infront of our room on scaffolding for the whole duration of stay, was not told at time of check in, it effected our ocean view meanwhile we didn’t want to open the blinds and allow workman to look into our bedrooms.
The cleaners weren’t very clean, floor very dirty.
