Great reasonable priced place to stay, great for families
Pros:

Returning guests after about 16 years, it is still a great place to stay, breakfasts are fantastic, staff are so kind and very helpful.

Cons:

Fireworks sound like they are in your doorway, not the fault of hotel though.

The best location for a family vacation

fun for the kids, view from the 4th floor, stunning!
Pros:

I travelled with my 3 year old and we chose FuramaX for the pool- she loved it.

Cons:

I wasn't keen on the food, so we at out everyday and for the price of the accommodation I would've hope at least breakfast would be complimentary.

Was a fantastic place to stay and eat
Pros:

Great location, great food and beautiful rooms

Cons:

They put us on the third floor with a 2 year old and no elevator.
Room was great and staff were helpful getting luggage up and down, but carrying my 2 year old up and down when she was tired and or my pram, killed my back and knees

Enjoyed the stay because of location and rooms but facilities are not quite there.
Pros:

Returned to Furama because of the location which is ideal. The rooms are amazing but the facilities are a little tired.

Cons:

Last time I stayed at this property was 2020 and the facilities are a little tired. Restaurant area needs a full update.
When last stayed, kids could stay in Waka Waka like a kids club but this time and adult needed to stay in visual site which was not expected.
Seems to be ALOT of trainee staff that, although pleasant, are normally unable to answer questions without seeking advise.
Fireworks now go off on the beach constantly - not in control of hotel but I did not experience this last time I stayed - very loud.

Personal generellt trevliga. Tillmötesgående. Löser problem bra när man väl är på plats.

Cons:

Varit lite svårt i kommunikation på distans, tar lång tid att svara på meddelanden och efter vistelsen är över slutar svara helt.

Beautiful and budget friendly hotel
Pros:

Wow, this hotel was much better than I expected! Incredibly clean facilities and house keeping changed our linens and towels daily. My son loved the swimming pool the most, it was quite deep but there were always free inflatable rings or pool noodles you could borrow. The kids club was also so clean and staff were so lovely to my son. Dinners on site were great and my favourite was the Bali chicken pizza! Also walking distance to Coffee Club for a nice breakfast and cup of coffee. Staff and security went the extra mile to make sure our stay was great, they even help you cross the busy road to the beach out front. We will definitely visit again in future.

Cons:

I had a staff member short change me when purchasing food at the poolside bar, will now only pay with card!
