Great family friendly hotel opposite the beach
Pros:

Fantastic family hotel - great for the kids! My child loved swimming in the water playground and the Waka Waka (fee payable) indoor playground was an awesome option for when it was raining. The hotel is directly opposite the beach and the rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the food from the hotel’s restaurant - the kids menu was about $4 per meal.

Cons:

The ONLY pathway from the lobby to the rooms is by going over two bridges that are over the pool. There is no other way. The bridges have steps and ramps at each end, but the ramps were narrow, extremely steep and angled. My son’s pram almost tipped over going down one of the ramps. The hotel started doing construction on one of the bridges while we were there so hopefully they are making it more pram friendly.

Was a great hotel, would definitely come back. Just the pool area needs a little updating.
Pros:

Greet location, staff were friendly and excellent, play centre for kids, the pool area, the size of the rooms. The food was really tasty.

Cons:

The slides and pool area are old and need an update. Some tiles came off in the pool whilst we were in there and my husband cut his toe.

For what we paid was not worth it…
Pros:

Close to the beach .. The kids water play park… But to be honest it’s old and dilapidated due for an upgrade….

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was really bad..They working outside my window with a jack hammer while my baby was sleeping I rang and they stopped work straight away could of notified me… some of the stuff were lovely and friendly and some were rude and disrespectful if they don’t won’t to work there just move on.. oh and had to get toilet in room fixed while we were there..

no much promising pool. fine for family and kids . hotel is perfect based on close to beach central to city easy acces and good quality breakfast.

Absolute shit house
Pros:

Avoid this place like the plague. Absolute rip off, location is good but the hotel cant take any credit for that.

My Boys loved the kids club and the pool and this was a family trip so that’s why we stayed here.
