Pros:

Great location directly opposite the beach. Resort was very comfortable, safe and staff were excellent. The kids enjoyed the kids club and we enjoyed lazing by the pool.

Oud en versleten hotel met weinig faciliteiten voor een 5 sterren hotel

Zwembad was fijn

Cons:

De kamers zijn oud versleten: oude bedden, stoelen en tafels. Rondom de wasbak kapot en oud waardoor niet s hoon te krijgen. Ramen konden niet helemaal dicht. Balkon deur sloot niet goed. Salamanders kwamen binnen. Aangegeven dat we hier niet van kunnen slapen. Ze hebben extra metalen platen aan de balkondeur geschroefd en ramen getapet. Was nog steeds niet goed maar ze hadden geen andere oplossing. Personeel was vriendelijk. Kwamen dagelijks “poetsen en bedden opmaken”. We hebben bij de aankomst beddengoed laten vervangen omdat er allemaal gele vlekken ( mssn van vorige gasten) er op zaten. Minibar was betaald. Alleen drinkwater kregen we dagelijks gratis.
Gelukkig waren we niet veel in het hotel en hadden dagelijks activiteiten gepland. Kortom Slecht voor een hotel die 5sterren heeft gekregen. Ik raad deze hotel niet aan.
