Christina :)
Pros:

We were traveling with our grandson (4 years old) to share where we had lived about forty years earlier. Christina greeted us and provided information and tips for our visit. Several times throughout our stay, she greeted me by name. She even listened raptly while our grandson relayed that he had poured water on an ant bed outside. The room was nice and the staff kept it clean and well supplied. We will return.

Lovely stay! Great courtyard!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn during our visit for a baby shower. We called ahead and ordered a pack-and-play to our room. When it arrived and was assembled we realized our son would not be able to sleep in it due to its poor mattress. Christina was immensely helpful in helping us troubleshoot a solution so he could sleep. She was also very kind and inviting each evening we returned to the hotel.

Overall, our stay was a great experience. The location of the hotel was right where we needed to be. I would stay here a

The front desk was so nice and friendly. The facilities were clean and the breakfast bar was great!

Cons:

I didnt like how the basketball court was out in front of the hotel, and that there wasn’t any seating for the parents to watch their kids play. I also didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t make our beds for a 3 night stay.

Christina was kind and very professional. Made me feel welcome and learned how small our worlds are with her sister also living in Apple Valley MN. She has upper level management written all over her!

Great Hospitality
Pros:

I have been staying at Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Six Flags at the Rim for about 3 months now. Great place to stay, shop, and eat. The shinnig star is at the front desk Christina V. Greeting you with a warm smile and a welcome. She said she was a new employee. Great asset for the Marriott.

Everything was great
Pros:

This was a great stay. Friendly checkin; clean everywhere; excellently clean room; pleasant lobby. I liked everything. I will recommend and go back when i'm in the area.
