Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

I was having problems with booking.com regarding a cancelation. I called booking.com 4 times without any resolution until I spoke to OGO and her manager Franco and they right away offer to help. They went above and beyond to help us in contacting booking.com and resolving our issue. They demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism and did it with a smile. I highly recommend it, 5 stars.

Good experience
Pros:

Central location to areas of interest and to get good food. A/C machine very noisy and when turned off at the thermostat, it still runs. Rooms very clean and has everything you need. Fairly quiet, but a soft close on doors would cut down on slamming shut. Staff and Atmosphere very good. Amenities provided cover all requirements.

It wasn’t a great stay due to all the problems with the facility.
Pros:

Hotel nice, like the amenities and proximity of areas of interest.

Cons:

The toilet flooded. We got stuck in the elevator. And they charged us for parking which was not mentioned in the booking of the hotel reservation.
