Pros:

The staff are manipulative and will lie on your behalf with zero regard for their own accountability. They do not care for you as a guest or patron because Medicaid. They will intimidate you with their size and eye you in a way that causes you discomfort for staying on their property. They treat you less than a member of Marriott.

They made it the best even though we were staying during a difficult medical situation.
Pros:

Lavinia and Cora are the best attendants that I have ever met. Their personalities are amazing. I strongly feel that they should be involved in training other attendants. Please offer them a bonus and also make sure to retain them as it would be a great loss to loose them.

hotel staff is by far the best i have ever experienced.
Pros:

i appreciate the front desk. always willing to help. the ladies that clean my room. they come everyday and ask if i need anything. smiles and happy with all that i have talked to. thank you. Shaun Ray on fb trash panda with a hat profile picture.

Springhill university is awesome

The staff here is awesome
I stay here alot and i always feel welcome and like i am at home
The staff makes you feel like you are family and they remember you every time you come in i will.always choose to come here and stay

Pros:

I don't like when hotel rents a room to a person (local) and they bring the whole family and friends for a birthday party and occupy the whole pool and lobby area. It becomes a common thing for hotels with the pools in Anchorage

The staff was wonderful communication about the pool and jacuzzi was fantastic although found a mug root beer soda bottle behind the bed frame and popcorn above the microwave. Enjoyed the fact that the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was above any where I’ve stayed at.

hot water shut off
Pros:

It was unacceptable to turn the hot water off two days in a row from 8 am until after 3pm. I realize there is never a good time for this but to turn it off before 10 am was crazy. Easily could have done 10 till 5 and had way less negative impact. The fact that the heat didn't work in the first room was not great but you were quick to get us into another room.

Guest service was superb! The complimentary breakfast was really nice and hotel was clean and updated! Pool are was wonderful and loved the hours for pool!

Pros:

Reception people not friendly. Did not greet on arrival. saw me did a few things then came over.
No one at desk with check out. Came down waited, cleaned off car, came back waited, housekeeper called for person, waited, left.
Bed saggy and uncomfortable.
Ice bucket dirty. Made me concerned about using coffee maker etc. House keeper cleaned with some kind of spray
