The price isn’t worth its quality.
Pros:

The location was very good in relation to other stores and businesses.

Cons:

Failed to me it’s listing advertising. It was very small and crowded. Me and our family were very uncomfortable there.

Poor Housekeeping, No Manager Accountability
Pros:

Benita was a horrible employee. She has poor standards of hygiene and even worse customer service. I told the manager Keyla and the housekeeping managers Maria and Lolita who told me I would get a refund of of the first day but then they dodged my calls and never returned my messages ever since. The bedding was not changed before my arrival. I unfortunately had to wait until the next morning to have it changed so I slept in smelly bedding because the front desk said housekeeping had left for the day.
The housekeeper is the morning was named Benita. When I told her the entire bedding needs to be changed, she said she was the one who changed the bedding yesterday. She told me to put the old bedding outside the door and she will be be back with new bedding. She came back with new sheets and pillowcases but no blanket. She said the blankets don't get dirty because people sleep under the sheets, not the blanket. She then proceeded to pick up the old blanket from the floor outside the room to try to put it back on. I told her those are not fresh. She admitted in a defensive manner that she doesn't change the top blankets and I must be the only that sleeps under the blanket instead of the sheets.
I was flabbergasted but asked politely if those could be changed. She said she had to go down to the basement to get some because she doesn't carry those. Thankfully those got changed. She was about to leave. I ask if the bathroom floor could be cleaned, because there was hair from the previous person. Again, she was defensive because she said she cleaned it yesterday. I showed her the hair. She then proceeded to bang the floor cleaner around so loudly but it did not clean up anything. Then, she PATRONIZED me by taking the only two face towels and looked me in the eye and DROPPED THEM ON THE FLOOR TO CLEAN. Then she used those towels to wipe the counter and toilet. I told her those don't need to be cleaned and I will need face towels. She told me there are no more face towels. I was completely APPALLED at such behavior. There was no language barrier and her actions spoke very clearly. She was incompetent, defensive, and spiteful. She is unqualified to work at any establish concerning cleanliness or customers.

Amazing place I loved it.
Pros:

I love this hotel the staff is absolutely incredible.There is many restaurants near to go to with walking distance. The breakfast is amazing , the bar area is amazing as well. The pool area is also amazing it has a hot tub.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there for business or just enjoyment with there family.
