Food at breakfast was pretty poor and on the whole mediocre experience

Poor service, Poor food
Pros:

Choose this hotel for me and my wife on our honeymoon night. I stayed on the Friday solo and asked for the room to be cleaned for the following night. 2 different staff told me it would be done but come wedding night the room was as I left it. Had to go down to desk and get clean towels and make the bed up ourselves. Very poor service and communication. Also the breakfast we had was extremely poor quality and would highly advise against having it.

A great time was had!

I like the fact it's close to restaurants and downtown,but not too close. The location is quiet and neighboring ..

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom and tub were stained with some rusty color. Family Didn't use it. Also, there's a stain in the rug that's not pleasant.

Cons:

The blower fan in the ventilation system was so loud it awoke me each time it engaged which was often. Also the shower head needs to be replaced. It just dribbled down. I kept saying WHU DIDNT I STAY AT THE HAMPTON????

Cons:

The pool area had a dehumidifier that ran so loud that we had to shout at each other just to communicate. Not relaxing at all. There was no free breakfast as advertised as well.

The price isn’t worth its quality.
Pros:

The location was very good in relation to other stores and businesses.

Cons:

Failed to me it’s listing advertising. It was very small and crowded. Me and our family were very uncomfortable there.
