Excellent room, excellent free breakfast buffet, good location. Worth 3 times the 26 dollars a night we paid. The staff has a good attitude. A few of them speak English. Not too noisy despite having one of the most popular ballrooms on site. Recently remodelled. Plenty of good and inexpensive eating places nearby, No real reason for us to eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant at the hotel restaurants.

Not much to tell about. It's ok for two nights, - shower ok. Remember the price you payed! The hotel has a good location and with a lot of restaurants around. Not happy with your breakfast? - skip it , go outside to a nearby cafe! :) - (it's some years ago, now)

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days in 2018, 2016 and 2012. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was so far so good. But the food in the restaurant was expensive and not tasty at all. So we decided to enjoy the food in local restaurants which are more authentic.

Terrible experience in the lousy and pour restaurant of this hotel.
Went there to have dinner, the waiters do not speak English. Smelly local, everything dirty. Waiters NOT friendly and professional at all. Regarding the food, the frieded spring rolls with a very bad taste. We also order 2 main courses, everything was greasy and the size of the portions were a joke. Quality VS price, just paid a small fortune. Don't have quality at all....

I have never checked in and checked out so fast in my life. Rude staff, run down and smells. I returned to the counter to inform them I was not staying and staff decided it was more important to answer their personal mobile phone rather then address an unhappy and paying customer. I immediately relocated elsewhere and it was by far the best decision!

朝　6:00頃　起床した時点で、停電でした。　但し、全館では無く、半分位の部屋のようだった。　直ぐに　フロントに連絡を取ったら、「7:30頃　OKになるので、それまで待って」との事。　「7:15には　出かけるので、シャワーをしたいし、待てない」と申しでると、渋々、別の部屋を貸してくれた。　y停電対応以外は、全て良好でした。

The hotel has good location, away the touristy area but not too far if you want come over for the bar. The price also very reasonable for what we get. The staffs are very kindness and helpfully, highly recommend.

Back street location but lots of friendly and local eateries and shops nearby. Great swimming pool and good views of Hue. Breakfast ok and staff are friendly. Classic government run hotel. Good value for money.

The staff is not friendly and supported. My friend left her phone at the table in the lobby and the staff answered they were too busy to check. The wifi is terribly weak. The noise from karaoke upstairs and the club nearby damaged my nights.

Rooms were comfortable enough, clean bathroom, balcony overlooking street. Staff very reserved, we were not told anything about the hotel while checking in so had no idea about the pool on the 3rd floor which would have been very welcome. Restaurant and bar not open on Friday evening and breakfast buffet not very appetising. Not too many smiles all round!
