Room is a little small for 2 person, but we just stayed here for one night for transit flight. Everything works as expected.
I understand that it is a 3 star hotel. But basic necessities like water should at least be provided. We were a family of 3 and there was no water or anything in the room. We had to ask for it and they said no we can’t give it unless you’re a member. We got their most expensive room yet no water and no tissue paper in the room. The room was not so good either it wasn’t clean or comfortable the bed was squeaking and the window curtains weren’t closing properly due to which we all were up at 8 am since the light was constantly creeping in. Though close to Heathrow airport but some improvements are needed in the hotel. The staff was somewhat friendly and helpful. But they advertise that the Hoppa bus is free for people staying but they end up charging £15 for a return trip to and from the hotel aboard the bus.

The breakfast is memorable. And the place is clean and comfortable.
Fabulous staff, great service, the bed was incredible. The bathroom was not super clean, with mold around the fixtures and in the tub. But otherwise, it was fabulous.
Lovely people working at the hotel. Room with a view of the runways was clean and had a decent view of the planes taking off.

Room was clean , bead was comfortable to sleep in and hotel has nice furnishing . However, it was too dim , not a lot of lighting in the room.

The airport shuttle was very helpful and the stay was very comfortable.
Fantastic service from the front desk folks, they helped me recover my CPAP that wa left on the bus and went above and beyond to help. The restaurant however had the worst service ive experienced in years.
