Very nice hotel for a such price
Pros:

The location was great with a nice view. Food was fine.

Cons:

Poor cleaning. Bathroom condition.

Cons:

Imbarazzante la gestione di una perdita d'acqua dal soffitto che finiva direttamente sul comodino di fianco al letto. Nonostante la pronta segnalazione del problema in mattinata, la soluzione è stata adottata in serata ed è stata quella di girare il letto e prendere un catino per raccogliere le gocce d'acqua. Risveglio traumatico quando abbiamo ritrovato il pavimento che era un lago. Semplicemente senza parole.

Nice, pleasant, enjoyable
Pros:

Nice old hotel. Good price for what you are getting.
Breakfast was very good. Variety of food and drinks.
Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

Well, nothing really. The place is as as stale and musty as a corked bottle of wine, but you know when you buy it. No real complaint.

Good location
Pros:

Location is fine, virtually on the front, lots of shops and places to eat out.
Managed to get parking at the hotel, only 18 spaces, getting down to the parking area is a bit scary.
Parking around Puerto is a nightmare, so essential and you cannot pre book

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast...lukewarm and uses sweetened condensed milk....it is horrible...and I'm diabetic so no good.
Its a very Spanish hotel...lots of spanish stay there, so not really geared to english tastes...had a lot of school children over from Majorca when we were there.

La comida era buena, el trato del personal, tanto en recepción, servicio técnico y camareros, fue excelente, sobre todo me solucionaron un problema con el mando a distancia.
