Not as good as it used to be unfortunately
Pros:

Kind staff.
I booked a massage through the hotel and got a discount. Great massage closeby, the staff follows you to the place (1 minute walk).
The location was good for us. A tuktuk to the center is cheap. Also, right across the road we found a cafe with good coffee and wonderful lunch, so we could just walk over.

Cons:

We were at this hotel in 2018 and back then we had an absolute amazing experience, and gave it a 10 out of 10.
With the same expectations we booked it this time, but had a totally different experience.
First of all the lobby was filled with offerings (I guess because of chinese new year). Although we understand the culture and tradition, In our opinion it was strange to do this in the lobby, it was very full.
Staff wasn't as welcoming as we experienced last we were there, but they were kind and helpful when asked something.
The next day there was a party in one of the meeting rooms next to the pool area, and the music was extremely loud and terrible, so it wasn't really fun to sit by the pool (we had to wear our head phones with our own music).
Breakfast is OK, but nothing special compared to the other hotels we've been.

Our room was on the street side, so we woke up a couple of times from the noises outside. Also, the bed was quite firm. When I asked for a mattress topper, they didn't really understand what I meant, but eventually they managed to get what I needed and put on a topper (quite thin, but helped a little).

Pros:

Wonderful hotel, our room was so nice especially considering the price. The pool is good and they have happy hour deals for cocktails by the pool. Breakfast had good variety.

Cons:

A proper coffee machine for breakfast would be great.

Great staff, clean and central.
Pros:

Very clean, WONDERFUL staff, very accommodating. Rooms are a little tired, could use an update but overall a great place to stay to see the sights. Good location, easy to get to.

Good base for exploring Siem Reap.
Pros:

The hotel is well located on Road 6 with many dining options nearby and next to Angkor Market (modern supermarket). Not really within walking distance of the center, but a tuk tuk only costs $2-3 and is available in front of the hotel.

The rooms, including the bathroom, are spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. There is a safe and a balcony.

The breakfast buffet was very extensive and well prepared. Perfect !

The pool was clean, quiet and a welcome refreshment.

The staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant. In particular, the receptionist Lucky offered me friendly, professional assistance.

Cons:

No soundproof rooms. Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was disturbing.

Een fijn verblijf in een goed hotel!

Wij hadden een ruime kamer net balkon. Goede bed en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het zwembad was heel fijn om af te koelen.

Het is buiten het centrum met met Tuk tuk ben je er binnen 5 minuten.

Świetny pobyt z bardzo dobrą lokalizacją

Bardzo mi się podobała wysoka jakość obsługi zarówno na recepcji jak i na śniadaniu. Personel bardzo profesjonalny i uprzejmy. Śniadania pyszne, dość duży wybór. Pokój czysty i dość duży. Blisko Sklep spożywczy oraz spa z masażem i fajne restauracje.
