Beautiful & conveniently located hotel. But no bidets in toilets.
Pros:

Beautiful, vintage hotel! Great location -- just a short uphill walk around 200 mts to Sapa station. Many restaurants, general stores, massage parlours nearby. Great hotel ambiance! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shout out to receptionist Son for our early check-in ...really appreciate it! We were allowed to use the heated pool even after closing time when my son said it's our last night at the hotel. Breakfast buffet had limited options, but the food was really tasty!

Cons:

No hand bidet in the rooms ☹️☹️☹️ This was really inconvenient.
I mostly used the common toilets near reception where there is one toilet with bidet.
I wish they would install hand bidet in all rooms.
It's the only negative about this hotel.

Très propre et confortable, bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Personnel, très aimable et très avenant. Chambre, spacieuse et confortable, petit-déjeuner avec vue sur la vallée. Tout était propre. Je recommande.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un petit peu amélioré

The Koi fish 🐟 😍...
Pros:

The views were amazing, breakfast in the form of buffet with many choices. Room was spacious and clean with balcony and a mountain view. Location was very good, 5min on foot to Sapa Station.

Great location with views, but only on clear days.
Pros:

Great central location, with helpful staff.

Cons:

The room was on ground level and the road outside was noisy from 6am every morning. The road has a corner nearby and therefore there is constant sounding of car and bike horns.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Rooms with heating option. Nice surroundings.

Cons:

Restaurant is a bit cold - since it follows the outside temperature. So remember an extra layer when dining.

Godt hotel, men undgå restauranten!
Pros:

Supervenligt personale i receptionen. De hjalp os med at skifte til et værelse med en bedre udsigt helt gratis.

Cons:

Drænet i badekarret var tilstoppet fra det øjeblik, vi ankom til værelset. Efter vi kontaktede personalet, forsikrede de os om, at det ville blive ordnet, men der skete ingenting.

Derudover er hotellets restaurant forfærdelig. Maden var kedelig, og prisen matchede slet ikke kvaliteten. Det var også næsten umuligt at få fat i personalet, da de fleste havde travlt med at kigge på deres telefoner. Hygiejnen var åbenbart heller ikke i top, da vi begge fik madforgiftning efter at have spist der.

Können wir nicht weiterempfehlen
Pros:

- die Lage ist gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit
- nach Bemängeln unseres Zimmers wurde uns sofort ein Neues angeboten

Cons:

- in der Küche stand ein voller Aschenbecher und die Wand/Decke war voller Schimmel
- das Frühstück ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und sauberes Geschirr war sehr schwierig zu finden
- unser erstes Zimmer war so feucht, dass selbst unsere Sachen feucht wurden
- beim überteuerten Waschservice wurden zwei Kleidungsstücke durch Bleichmittel beschädigt, auf Nachfrage wurde angeboten, dass uns die Hälfte der Rechnung erlassen wird und die andere von dem verursachenden Mitarbeiter übernommen werden muss. Dadurch haben sie einem ein schlechtes Gewissen gemacht
- dafür, dass mit Schallschutz geworben wird, hört man jedes Wort der Nachbarn
- in beiden Zimmern stand das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser
- die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität
