Zweite Nacht in Sapa im Zentrum
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und von da aus kann man alles zu Fuss erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar gross und abwechslungsreich. Dennoch dürften man den Laden ein bisschen sauber halten.

Amazing experience
Pros:

the staff was very friendly, they also allowed us to check in early as we arrived around 6 am. Also the facilities were pretty good. Also , the area was near to the attractions.

Cons:

There is nothing to not like but if i have to say , its that the terrace area shown in the photo , we couldn’t see , maybe be because they have same hotel in the area and we were on the one with no such view.

Lovely.
Pros:

Lovely, spacious and clean. Helpful staff and great breakfast

My original room door couldn’t open so I was ours in another room without a view and wasn’t compensated for the change.

If we go back to sapa we come again
Pros:

24 h desk was available, we came late night and we got the room, the team was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, the hotel beautiful, clean.

Cons:

we needed to go over and over to the reception because things didn’t work .
First they gave us a room that in front of him was a construction works but after they gave us great room.
It wasn’t necessary all this

Fast sehr gut
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge, allerdings konnten wir aufgrund des Nebels nichts sehen, aber das geht natürlich nicht zu Lasten des Hotels.

Cons:

Der Balkon ist in Wirklichkeit sehr klein, so dass man sich dort eigentlich nicht gemütlich aufhalten kann und auf Sitzsichthöhe das Geländer hat.

Schöne Aussicht, mehr leider nicht
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage von der aus SaPa bequem zu Fuß erkunden lässt. Außerdem haben alle Zimmer tollen Ausblick auf die Reisterassen. Ein Transfer vom Bahnhof wurde unkompliziert und verlässlich organisiert und das Personal im gesamten Hotel ist aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre kommen und eher nicht ansprechend. Unser Zimmer roch ziemlich muffig und klamm. Im Badezimmer gab es leider keinen Duschvorhang, sodass das gesamte Badezimmer nass wurde. In unserem Zimmer gingen einige Steckdosen nicht und die Nachtisch- und Stehlampen ließen sich nicht einschalten.
Das Frühstück war leider die größte Enttäuschung. Klar hat es einen anderen Standard oder Prioritäten als bei uns, aber als Vegetarier gab es außer Obst und Ei eigentlich nichts. Zudem war das Buffet etwas dreckig und es lagen viele Lebensmittel auf der Theke.
