Sunway Hotel Hanoi

Would have been nice to have had outside seaying area. Lovely, exceptionally clean and friendly hotel. Staff were excellent, really helpful and cheerful.

Sunway Hotel truly feels like a "home away from home." From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like old friends—a warm welcome that makes all the difference when traveling with family. Our room was wonderfully spacious, featuring beds so "cloud-like" that waking up for breakfast was our biggest daily challenge!
Speaking of food, the morning spread was a highlight, perfectly blending local flavors with international favorites. Nestled in a peaceful pocket of the city, it’s the perfect base for exploring. If you prioritize heartfelt service and a cozy atmosphere, Sunway is a top-tier choice for your next getaway.

Lovely room, amazing breakfast and very nice checkin experience. However we had a card in the room.saying if we want fresh towels leave them on floor and a card on bed if we want fresh linen. we didnt want linen but did need fresh towels. got in at 2pm towels still on floor. we called for fresh ones and were told we weren't staying long enough! insisted that as we had left them on floor wet we needed clean. they said they would bring some after initially refusing. 2 hours later no fresh towels!!!

The hotel is nice and kept in great condition. The room is spacious and veẻy clean. A huge thanks to friendly staffs who make our trip so memorable. The breakfasr buffet is delicious too. We will definitely be recommending Sunway to our friends and family visiting Vietnam

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The hotel's location is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though it's small, it's excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not be suitable for those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

This time I came back Sunway Hotel Hanoi for business trip on the first days of 2026. Everything make me feel happy and staffs are still friendly as before. The decoration for Xmas is blink blink. Breakfast this time have more choices and I really feel comfortable this time.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The location is good about 30 minutes walk from the lake and central area. The breakfast room is large and gets busy early with lots of tours leaving at 7:30-8:00. The coffee machine is not great for a large number of people. If you want a later check out other than 12:00 expect to pay between 1,000,000. - 1,600,000 the reception staff were not helpful and not prepared to offer any longer for no charge unlike a lot of friendlier hotels I have stayed in.

The place is not too bad but the restaurant wasn’t opened so we ate down stairs at the bar , the staff are friendly although multitasking, rooms were clean

We liked the location away from the busy old town. Breakfast was varied and very good. We had a deluxe room so was big and comfortable.

Great location that I can walk to Old Quarter in 20 mins and see all shops across the way. Price is affordable and I will come back next time!!!

The staff at the reception on the night shift was not helpful. The room was fine but a bit dated, and the lighting was quite dim. If you need to work in the room, it may feel too dark.

My recent stay at Sunway Hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always make sure to our needs were met and fullfil. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a decent views. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. I would highly recommend Sunway Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi

I had a wonderful stay at Sunway Hotel Hanoi. The room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. Breakfast was rich with a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location is convenient for visiting many famous tourist attractions. I was especially impressed by the fast and thoughtful service. Sunway Hotel truly made my trip more enjoyable and memorable.

I come back hotel in May with my family after long time. All services still make me feel like i used to stay before. Receptionist realized my kids, welcome us with smile and good services. Breakfast, restaurant a little full but still ok with good taste and fresh fruit. I will come back next time with my family.

My family had a wonderful holiday at Sunway Hotel Hanoi. Quiet space, clean and airy rooms, delicious food. Really like the hotel bar space for relaxing every afternoon with delicious and attractive drinks. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and friendly.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and varied food. We spend two days there.Araund the hotel are located a few restaurants end minishops.In the Lobby you can find traditional and european food.Can't say how faris hotel to the downtown,but it's for a short vacation.

Great hospitality and great service,co operative staff and service was also good and we were stayed here for three days and it was good and food was also very good and it was nice atmosphere room was also complete good, club house was also good
