Pros:

Staff are very helpful, arranged airport transfers for us and we were able to leave some bags here between stays. Easy walk from hotel into the old town. ATM and mini mart opposite.

Pros:

Great value accommodation located on the edge of Old Hoi An Town. The property is a little dated but everything is clean and works.
We loved the swimming pool, great relief from the hot days.
All the staff were very friendly and so helpful, any requests and they went out of their way to assist.
The breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

Arrived early from an overnight train to leave our bags but the room was ready so they let us check in. Nice room and good value for the price. Breakfast buffet ok, nothing special but included in price.

Pros:

The hotel and staff were great location fantastic but was quite noisy up until about midnight with music from cafe next door starting at 6am overall great value and location staff great English and very helpful would recommend just the noise factor

The worst experience ever. Not worth that much money. Property needs a renovation. No mirror in the room apart from a 9inche shaving mirror. Feel for staff as they try to provide good service but property should be refurbished

Great location and quiet
Pros:

Everything was great and wonderful, including cleanliness, quiet, great location, good food, good price. The only thing that would needed improvement was the showered. It was a removable showered but the hook to hold it was not flexible and water was pouring out of tub area and not exactly on the body or head.

Charming Hotel
Pros:

Good position for exploring the town. Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, which was only used by a few people, so very quiet.

Old hotel in a good location
Pros:

Located near Old Town of Hoi An. Front desk was helpful and nice. Pool was small and in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast was good for the price. Only complaint was that the air-conditioning was working correctly. It was cold only a little. They tried to fix but but couldn't fix it. Overall for the price it is fair.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

Based on reviews and Lonely Planet we booked rooms at Vinh Hung 3 but needed an extra nite so booked at Vinh Hung 2. SO wished we had booked entire stay at Vinh Hung 2!! Newer hotel with gorgeous lobby and all rooms have windows. Our room had marble tile bathroom, dark hardwood floor, and perfect balcony overlooking street. By comparison Vinh Hung 3 is sandwiched between bldgs so standard room had NO window, was dark, and just shabbier. Both have great location and great staff.
