Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Stayed 5 days at this hotel very comfortable clean the staff are amazing
Pros:

Clean, its central to my needs (shopping and restaurants) still need to bike around to beach front but that was ok with me as i enjoyed the bike rides.
Amazing friendly and attentive staff always greeted with a smile, food, was great and entrance to hotel was beautiful with lots of greenery and also as you walk to your room, water features and some koi fish. Pool views room was tidied up every day clean towels placed.
Close to atm and supermarket as well as small shops.

The staff were excellent—very friendly, professional, and always helpful. Their service was one of the best parts of our stay.

Cons:

I feel that the hotel, especially the rooms, is showing its age and needs better maintenance. I even changed my room because it didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom was not in good condition. The Jacuzzi also needs proper maintenance.

The hotel’s biggest weakness is its upkeep. If management invested more in maintaining and renovating the property, the overall experience would be much better. Other than that, everything else was good.

Great range of food for breakfast to which everything was delicious. the location is great, within walking distance to beach, restaurants, supermarket. Room was a great size with the kitchen/lounge in the middle of two large rooms. Been before and will go back.
