Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.
Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.
If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.
Please note that bedding type, extra bed, and crib request as well as babysitter service are subject to availability. Extra bed is only available at the suite and villa categories at an extra charge. A maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated per room and is inclusive of breakfast.
Breakfast is served based on the standard occupancy for each room type, except for guests booking the room-only option. just the fridge that we had wasn’t cold and the soundproofing need more because we still can hear people chatting outside and bass sound of the club
Clean and staff friendly
That I requested a bucket of ice and was told I would have to pay for it. I queried that and brought the ice for no charge. Wasn’t happy
It was very peaceful and it’s very near to the beach. Great location. The staffs were wonderful and the facilities are great.

Water bottles in the room need a bottle opener but not a negative or issue if you’re prepared.
Really great location, closeby to all the necessary shops and restaurants. They have a shuttle to go to the Seminyak beach and they provide a small area for you to relax at the beach club. The rooms are a bit old, requires refurbishment but still a comfortable stay for us. The pool is really nice. We had breakfast included and they had good halal options too.

This was my third time staying at The Haven hotel, and every time I come back, it truly feels like coming home. The hospitality here is something special and one of the main reasons I keep returning.
A special thank you to Mr. Wayan for being so welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The staff at The Haven are warm, genuine, and always greet you with a smile. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is amazing, and you can really feel the care they put into making guests feel valued and at home.
Thank you again for another beautiful stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back again 🤍
The outside was clean
Our hotel room - 1015. There was paint missing on the roof. The shower needed a good clean as there was calcium on the shower screen. Behind the sink in the bathroom was dirty, and under the bed side tables.
The staff are all so freindly and helpfull you dont get this in Australia any more.

It was a pleasant & fabulous experience to stay here. We enjoyed the upgraded-room to Junior Suite as a compliment (it also provided the more conducive ambience for my autistic daughter) – thank you immensely! The staff: Wirya, was so helpful and friendly – from warmly welcoming us during checking in, up to assist us to the taxi upon our checking out time. I will surely return to stay here! And also, thank you to the housekeeper on duty who cleaned up our room and Adhi – the receptionist who deftly handled our checking out process.

I’ve go every year, staff always wonderful- the moment you get into the foyer you just start to relax -breakfast is fantastic Love how they cook the eggs anyway you want in front of you. Easy 5 min walk to the beach
