Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Pros:

was a really nice place to stay. right in the centre of everything and super close to the beach. the pool was really nice. we had a few issues with our room but the staff were so lovely and moved us to another room

Relaxing.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and the staff were really friendly. Loved the pools. Everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing trip!

Beautiful large hotel centrally located in seminyak
Pros:

Huge beautiful hotel. Great facilities. Nice buffet breakfast. Centrally located. Large comfortable room and bed. We really appreciated being able to use a room to take a shower before our nighttime flight. Lots of pool areas although most are shaded so quite cold. The staff are really lovely There are villas which I’d like to stay in next time

Amazing enjoyed every moment!
Pros:

Great location, on the cusp of Legian and close to Double Six, and Main Street shopping, easy walk to beach, cafes and shopping. Staff are so friendly and the grounds and pools are beautiful.
Airport pickup / drop off. Access to beach club sun beds.
This is our second time staying and will definitely be back!

Cons:

Their only downside was there wasn’t enough hot water for 2 people to enjoy a hot shower, or a bath.
