Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

nice hotel but need to stay in the one bedroom or two bedroom Suites for a quiet night sleep

Otelimiz çok büyük, farklı binalarda ya da farklı katlarda iki ayrı odada kalabilirsiniz, biz size bağlantılı 2 oda veriyoruz, o yüzden fiyat yüksek dediler. O zaman uygulamadan alın dediler. Resepsiyondaki görevlinin yaklaşımı hoş değildi. Bookingden alım yapmaya çalışınca oda fiyatının yükseldiğini, standart oda kalmadığını gördüm. Gece geç saat olduğu için mecburen aldım. Arkadaşa benden sonra bir oda almak isteyince daha düşük fiyat çıktı. Bunun sebebini anlayamadım. Odalarımız bağlantılıydı fakat otel çok büyük olduğundan bi yerden başka bir yere gitmek zor ve zahmetli

Cons:

I had a room near the main street - the noise kept me awake until 1am - the sliding doors have gaps in them and there is def no soundproofing with the glass or sealing around the doors - the sound from traffic and music and traffic warden whistle made me ccheck out the next day and move to a quieter area. I dont think these rooms should be booked out.

A Haven of Tranquility in a City of Excitement
Pros:

Had a positive stay, although some issues did arise, the staff were very attentive and quickly resolved any issues. Great location, good restaurant and breakfast. I would recommend the Haven to travellers coming to the island and who want to use Seminyak as their base.

Everyone did a great service!
Pros:

I was impressed by the thoughtful touches provided by the housekeeper, Dedek. He made our stay extra special by decorating a birthday towel and preparing a cake upon check-in.

Not to forget the reception team—Vina (if I’m not mistaken), who arranged for our room to be ready earlier and informed me that our room had been upgraded to a suite. Also, Trisna (if I’m not mistaken), who handled my check-out process smoothly. Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome and excellent service!

Just a bit of feedback: the breakfast buffet had variety, but it wasn’t well balanced, as there were too many sweet options. I was expecting rice porridge and soup such as soto, which are usually available at hotels that offer buffet breakfast (there was only egg drop soup, which I didn’t try). Also, cappuccino and café latte were charged extra and not included—only black coffee was available in the hot container. The milk jar was a bit tricky to use, as we needed to open the lid before pouring.

Big shoutout to Trisgna & Yogi at reception for making check-in effortless, and Gema for personally ushering me to my suite. Solid service, no rush, all class.

Got upgraded to a 1-Bedroom Suite with a huge balcony — perfect for chilling. Mindblown!

10/10 stay. Will definitely be back. Bali always has my heart.
