Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Needs to be better
Pros:

Central location and friendly staff who always attempted to be helpful. We did have a few issues and the staff always attempted service recovery.

Cons:

I can't recommend this hotel based on our experience. This is the first time I've ever said this in a review. I normally don't bother but it's important people understand what they are getting into. If you get one of the rooms shown on booking.com, then you're going to be fine. But a significant number of rooms are nowhere near this standard. I understand pictures may vary from what is available, but what we were offered was old, poorly maintained and, worst of all, dirty and bore no resemblance to the pictures. The room is for two people, but only had 1 chair on the verandah... which overlooked a dirty ledge. It was like a different hotel. The floors, the bathroom sink top and tapware, all of the ledges had visible stains and a layer of dust that you could run your finger through. I don't think I've ever seen this before. Initially, when I spoke to reception, I was told there were no other rooms. This clearly was not true and I was eventually offered an alternative in the new half of the hotel. Still had issues with cleaning ( if you are going to have a glass wall between the bathroom and the rest of the room, it needs to be clean, as does the lid of the garbage bin which everyone touches...neither were). I'd like to emphasise the staff I spoke to were lovely and tried their best. But a failure in standards like this is a management issue, not a worker issue. Needs to be better.

Pros:

The staff are lovely.
Housecleaning super friendly and helpful. Esp Slamat.
Cafe Bar area really nice.
Pools lovely.

Cons:

I had to move rooms after first night because the AC was so loud.
Next room shower and toilet did not work properly.
Maintenance fix them and showed me shower working. Until I used it later and it didn't work again.
The staff saved me being dissapointed in the stay because they were so nice.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and cleaned/refreshed daily.

Cons:

Location: the only thing I didn't like was that there was a bar close that is blasting music every night until 2-3am and we could hear it from our room. We went to check it out one night and it was the most dead, expensive and boring club - so annoying it kept us up.

Perfect chilled spot in close proximity to everything
Pros:

The people were lovely and I had an amazing massage for the best price around!

Cons:

The gym has everything you need but if you're used to larger gyms it might feel a bit small - also not a great size if more than 2 people in there.
