Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Location location!
Not enough day beds around the pool.
Location is great, next to shops not far from beach
It needs updating, rooms so scruffy shower barely had pressure in it, lucky to get hot water, was not draining properly either, it’s in busy area and windows are not sound proof at all

Location was great, the room set up was great for the 3 of us guys, staff were all very nice and willing to help when needed. Visually looks nice.
Every time we walk to through the lobby we got heckled by a transport/activities booth set up in the main lobby asking if we need taxi/activities. Everyday for the whole 8 days was too much especially at a hotel. not sure why they are even in the lobby. Pool was on the cold side especially when the sun gets blocked by the surrounding buildings.
Fantastic place to stay and a great location. Very clean and tidy, all the staff were all friendly and attentive. My daughter had a tattoo and the hotel staff changed her bed to black sheets, which I thought very practical and a nice touch. The breakfast was good and a great choice on the pool side menu. I would definitely stay there again
We really loved the whole experience but the people were the highlight. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, they paid special attention to all our needs. The buffet breakfast every morning was exceptional and the location of the hotel was awesome. Local to everything we needed with local restaurants and bars, markets, the beach, massages and so much more all within a short walking distance. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I really liked the property overall. The drivers at the front were excellent—very friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming. Their service was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
One area I feel could be improved is the vegetarian food options. As a vegetarian, I noticed a fish-oil smell in some of the food, and I was surprised to learn that the fries were also cooked in fish oil. It would be wonderful if the hotel could offer more clearly separated vegetarian options and ensure that suitable dishes are prepared without fish oil.
I’m sharing this as constructive feedback, as I believe a little more attention to vegetarian guests would make the dining experience even more enjoyable.
For the price you really can't beat the Haven. We visit 3 or 4 times a year and have stayed in dozens of hotels but the Haven has hit the top spot on our list and is now our go to hotel. It is just as good as hotels costing twice the price.
Rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. There are choices for all budgets and requirements. Standard rooms, suites, villas and it's quite classy. Bad behaviour isn't tolerated.
Breakfast is definitely better than most with a decent choice including juices, egg bar and real bacon.
Staff are very attentive and will do everything to make your stay a pleasant experience
Pools (there are a few) are never busy and have high quality loungers. There is a very shallow kids pool too.
The hotel is a 100m from Bintang Supermarket and has plenty of shops, laundries, massage places either out the back or front entrance.
The hotel does not suffer from loud clubs / bars or screaming traffic
We are back Next month for our 3rd time this year
First time we stayed they served margarine at breakfast which killed the otherwise impressive feast. I am happy to say that after bringing this up they now serve butter. See they listen
If you are staying in the suites (back of the hotel) there is complimentary afternoon tea and cakes. They don't publicise it so if you don't know you can easily miss it. There is also a free buggy again from the back of the hotel that takes you to double six beach and back if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk.. Again it's a little bit secret
The rooms are well appointed and a good size. The check-in staff were lovely. The food is very good.
I didn’t appreciate sinthia stalking me at breakfast. I hadn’t even had one mouthful or even one sip of my drink and she demanded me to fill in a review card. She chased me through the Restaurant insisting I fill in a review card before I left and wouldn’t let me take it to my room. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. She approached the table twice more throughout breakfast standing over me insisting I fill in a review card. My friend couldn’t believe it. It was really quite bizarre.

The staff really makes you feel really welcome they even moved us to another room that was quieter, and the pool area is fantastic it takes about a 15-minute walk to the beach
The location is good but is on the main rd, so it is very noisy due to road noise. If I stayed here again, I would ask for a room at the back of the hotel so you don't hear the traffic

シャワーがレインシャワーのみでハンドシャワーが無かったのが残念。
