Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Pleasant stay, thanks to all.
Pros:

Was nice, pretty in middle of rice fields, coconut plantation. A vegan restaurant nearby was a good find. Laundry service, internal cart service and information desk were excellent.

Cons:

Could have been better maintained since not very old property. Spa people need more training in technique absolutely. More options for vegetarian food would be nice.

Disappointing
Pros:

Great position nice pool

Cons:

Quiet old these days needs a good clean in bathroom. Housekeeping only did half the daily room things take towels not get new ones no toothbrush or shower gel ect
Pillows were old and full of clumps of stuffing
