Important information:

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be canceled without refund.

Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.

If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.

Please note that bedding type, extra bed, and crib request as well as babysitter service are subject to availability. Extra bed is only available at the suite and villa categories at an extra charge. A maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated per room and is inclusive of breakfast.

Breakfast is served based on the standard occupancy for each room type, except for guests booking the room-only option. Great place, great location great staff and breakfast
Pros:

Location and breakfast were exceptional.

Cons:

The cleaning could be improved, but many far the worse thing was being hassled by their transport people in the lobby. I get it on the street I don’t need it in your lobby.

THE HAVEN is well managed, well maintained and located in the center of Seminyak, which makes accessibility to all the attractions nearby very convenient.

The room is clean and comfortable. The facility is clean and well-maintained., I enjoyed using the swimming pool, and the gym room. The swimming pool area is very well maintained and comfortable. I spent nearly half a day by the pool.

The hotel building has lifts every corner, making access convenient for elderly.

Every staff in the HAVEN wears a smile and greets you whenever they meet you.

Special thanks to the front counter staff Agus Eka & Stefany for being very patient, detailed, and attentive to me throughout the check-in process and briefing session.

Cons:

Laundry is not cheap, charged by pieces. I eventually opt for external laundry service (can find many just around the corner), charged by the weight.

Adhi front desk is so professional and always a pleasure to talk to. Always happy to assist where possible

Cons:

You need to teach the guys out the front and in the lobby to STOP asking every time if you want taxi especially when coming into the hotel. It is not funny and becomes extremely annoying when they do it to you 10 times per day. Please ask them to stop asking people who enter the Hotel if they want a taxi.
Where would they want a taxi, to their room? These guys are making it very unpleasant for customers.

We stayed in the villa with a private pool and I can safely say there is not enough lighting in the villa as it’s dim inside at night. Then entrance needs some lighting aswell it’s dark when walking into the villa at night
