I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should know about my experience.
I accidentally booked this hotel instead of another one because I had several hotel links open at the same time. I realized my mistake almost immediately after completing the booking. Within two minutes, I submitted a cancellation request through Booking.com and also tried to call the hotel. Unfortunately, the phone number listed on Booking.com was not working.
About 30 minutes later, I received a reply saying they would not approve the cancellation because the reservation was non-refundable. While I fully understand the booking policy, hotels do have the option to approve a free cancellation in situations like this. Since I contacted them almost immediately, long before check-in, I was very disappointed by their complete lack of flexibility.
When we arrived later that day, we immediately discovered that the hotel is located next to a beach club with extremely loud music that continued until midnight. We explained to the reception team that this was exactly why we had wanted to cancel the booking in the first place. We also asked to speak with the hotel manager, Made Sudiarta, who was the same person responding to us on Booking.com.
We asked whether the hotel could at least refund part of the payment so we could move to another hotel. Unfortunately, this request was also refused in an arrogant manner. The only solution offered was moving us to another room where the music was slightly less noticeable, but it was still loud enough to make it difficult to rest.
To make matters worse, we were both unwell, and I had an ear infection, so wearing earplugs was not an option for me.
The hotel itself may be suitable for guests who specifically want to stay next to a lively beach club, but the customer service was extremely disappointing.

The room was not clean. My bedsheet had brown stains, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned, especially the toilet. The toilet flush was also not working properly.
For a room that costs around IDR 2 million per night, it was definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here, you’re better off choosing another hotel. I had even booked the newest renovated room, which made the experience even more disappointing.
Cleaning was bad not just in room everywhere, the chairs from the restaurant, menus are dirty and in the particular the sheets are not new and they have dirty spots that are not cleaned. Neighbours are some beach club and all night you can listen music and beats, which it is very loud and you can listen very clearly from the room.
Staff it was very kind and they was trying to help all the time but unfortunately you can see clearly the owner it is not investing enough in this place even if the view it is very nice, it is not compensating because the place it’s screaming after a renovation.
Close to everything and in the beach. Staff always friendly!

Very clean and well-maintained property with a beautiful ambiance. The pool view and garden area were so relaxing and peaceful. The surroundings were lovely and created a calm atmosphere, making the stay very enjoyable.🍃
