The service and the staff were excellent. I cannot fault this hotel at all. They were attentive to our needs at all times. 🙂

Location was very good, 2 minutes walk to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and bars . The resort atmosphere is very relaxing and full of lush greenery. The rooms are comfy and clean. A very good breakfast is served with ample choices. The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Great value for money. Definitely would highly recommend this Resort and Spa.

Lovely hotel near the beach. Room was big with a really comfy bed. Pool was refreshing and the staff are really nice. Perfect for a few days to start off my trip. Defo recommend!

The Parigata is a little piece of heaven. The staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. You wake up to a smile and at the end of the day there is another smile to greet you.

Not very sound isolated you could always hear outside. But good beds good ac and nice pool.

What a great find. Our family of 9 stayed for 3 nights. Parigata is in a great location and so well priced. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Any issue was resolved quickly and always with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely views of the pool. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk and easy walking distance to markets, shops, restaurants and local warungs. The included breakfast was good. Only issue would be the showers aren’t fabulous, they turn hot and cold and the pressure changes but it wasn’t enough to negatively impact our stay just something to be aware of.
Other than that we just wish we stayed longer!!

The staff are very friendly. I received a free 30 minutes massage. Room is spacious with a good view balcony. Love the swimming pool, and they are very considerate to provide a clean towel to use. Great experience

Everything was beautiful very professional. Great bed, culture nights were great, pool lovely and cool temperature. Staff amazing and helpful very kind. Breakfast was big each morning heaps of options for a longer stay

Our stay at Parigata Hotel Sanur was absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine Balinese warmth. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling – you truly feel cared for.

The hotel is beautifully designed in traditional Balinese style, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the greenery.

The pool area is well maintained and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is excellent – quiet, yet just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Sanur promenade.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic charm, comfort, and outstanding service. We would happily return!

The Parigata Hotel in Sanur is a fantastic choice for a mid-range hotel that truly punches above its weight. We were genuinely pleased with the overall experience and found it to be a superb combination of value and quality.

While we didn't utilize the hotel's breakfast offerings, this wasn't an issue at all! We preferred to venture out and enjoy the local cafes and restaurants, which are plentiful and excellent in the surrounding area. If you enjoy exploring local flavors, the Parigata's location makes this very easy to do.

My stay at Parigata was truly wonderful. The resort has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens that immediately make you feel at ease. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—yet still peaceful and private.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the entire experience feel even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the whole property in great condition.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options each morning, and the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind—quiet, clean, and very relaxing.

Just an overnight stay on our way to Nusa Lembongan staff were very helpful, room was very spacious for a family of 4. Didn’t see the rest of the hotel as we left early to get our ferry

A little reluctant to write this review for fear of never being able to get a booking in the future but here goes…

What a fabulous hidden gem in the heart of Sanur. Perfect location, so quiet, absolutely beautiful staff, loads of very good restaurants and spa massage within metres of the hotel.

Rooms were clean, well maintained with comfy beds. Room service was excellent, fast, tasty and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was basic but very tasty and always served with a smile from the gorgeous staff.

The pool area was well maintained and we had no problem getting a pool lounge every day.

We will definitely be back again!

This was our first time on the East Coast of Bali.
We loved the less "hassle" of Sanur, we particularly liked the centrality of Parigata Resort and Spa.
It was within walking distance of the shops and only a short walk to the beach - amazing sunrises.
Room was very comfortable and the staff ensured we were well catered for.
The staff at the resort were amazing, particularly our breakfast attendants Feby and Luh.
We will definitely be back.

Not a bad location. Close to everything. The villa staff as always very friendly. The villa rooms were clean and neat but very out dated.

My husband and I stayed at the Parigata Hotel in Sanur for approximately a month in November. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed & made to feel at home. The room was fantastic, very convenient, close to the pool, reception & restaurant area's. We had breakfast each morning & some dinners each with a great selection of fresh food.
I would like to thank Ela - Guest Relations Officer who went out of her way to make us comfortable and welcoming.
Also I would like to make a special mention to Feby in the restaurant. She was so friendly, outgoing and courteous with a great sense of humour and always remembered our names and greeted us each morning with a welcome smile.
Also a mention of Zaki he had an amazing smile & was always a pleasure to see him early each morning looking after the pool & the surrounds.
One of Parigata staff was Dirga. He assisted guests with their luggage, and each day he had the biggest smile and a wave for us all.
Thank you to all the Parigata staff for a wonderful stay , see you all in 2026.

This Parigata Hotel is in a great location but best of all it’s the hotel itself that is awesome. All staff are absolutely amazing,friendly and helpful. I’ve never met so many happy / lovely people working anywhere. The hotel all round is exceptionally clean - the gardens are immaculate, great breakfast and would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat . Well done to everyone at the hotel for making my family and I welcome and having a great holiday.

Stayed 5 nights in a deluxe ground floor room. Big room older Bali ( which we like). Bed comfy, aircon worked well. Asked for a walk in shower, got a bath with a hand held wall mounted shower. That was a little disappointing. Nice pool, plenty of sun lounges no pool bar. Off the menu breakfast with 4 or 5 options. Good variety & plenty of food. Great staff,nothing was a problem very happy & friendly. Good value for the price.

The Parigata is our hidden gem in Sanur, The staff always make us feel part of their family.
We are like many others who keep returning to our home away from home in Bali.
The Parigata is in great location close to the beach with many good restaurants within walking distance.
The rooms are spacious with balconies and king size clean comfortable beds.
Their fantastic friendly staff are always willing to help and assist in making you feel at home.
Restaurant has a quality/healthy menu selection and their breakfast is plentiful and served at your table.
Swimming pool is a reasonable size and always very clean. Pool lounges need an upgrade.
We will definitely be coming back in 2026.
