Dana van de receptie heeft voor ons de ferry tickets en transfers geregeld, fijn om ontziend te worden na een veel te lang dag reis en uren vertraging.
De douche werd niet warm en als je na een vertraagde vlucht in de avond in je hotel komt, kan ik wel balen van een koude douche…
Great room, comfy bed and super room overlooking the pool.
Smart TV was good to have and wifi strong.
Hotel reception is impressive, super clean, nice sittting areas. You can hire bikes for the day at 70,000IR or half day, 6 hours at 50,000IR.
My shower was really hard to regulate the hot water and did not point down into the bath but almost vertical accross the bath instead so a little difficult to reach and control. It was also either scolding hot (dangerously so) or cold. To be fair, I never mentioned this to the hotel as was only there for 2 nights so they perhaps could have done something about it had I informed them.
People have a tendency to bag beds with beach towels and then hold them all day even if not using them. It would be good if the hotel put some rules up about this. I couldn't get a bed on my full day day in the hotel as they were covered with towels but no people!
Fabulous position in Sanur with a good breakfast. The flat white Barnstaple made coffee was the best I'd had since leaving Australian shores Beautiful gardens and pool area and very comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating .

Quick one night stay arriving late after a flight then early departure. Was able to get breakfast which worked well. The bathroom and beds were suitable.
I was only at the hotel for about 8 hours so hard to find anything to dislike.
