Parigata Resort & Spa

The staff at the Parigata are so welcoming and kind. Each individual was attentive and hospitable. The location is just down a short path to the beach and around the corner to the main street where there are so many restaurants to choose from. Tropical atmosphere - lawn chairs around the pool! Rooms were cleaned daily and the AC worked well. Excellent value. we enjoyed our daily breakfast - especially the flat whites and fruit salad! Very peaceful. We were able to rent bikes for a morning ride. We enjoyed the special dinner events which included live entertainment. The BEST thing about the Parigata is the people that work there <3 <3 <3

A beautiful setting. The gardens around the pool are some of nicest we have experienced.
The buildings are impressive, as was our room, although showing some signs of wear.
The location is just off the Main Street and less than 15 minutes walk to the Icon Mall which is a must to check out.
There is also an alleyway beside the complex to take you to the beach, a couple of minutes walk.
The food at the restaurant was very good. An excellent breakfast.
The staff were very friendly as well.
The massage at the Spa was excellent and great value for money.
The pool was warm and inviting, and big enough to cater to the number of guests staying there.
The shower was a bit of an experience. Will run fine for a minute or two. Then a blast of cold, then hot, then back to normal. This cycle repeats itself.
I would also not recommend booking through their website same day. When we did, it asked for card details, and we assumed our booking was confirmed. However, when we got there, they knew nothing about the booking, and tried to offer me a higher rate. That was disappointing.
However, overall I would recommend the place and would happily stay again, except next time I will book through Booking.com.

Love love love this Resort. It was our first time staying here but can't wait to plan our next holiday so we can come back.

Fantastic location close to the beach. Hotel reception, pool and gardens all stunning. The staff were fantastic. Very reasonable price.

Really nice laid-back, relatively small and Intimate resort. Rooms surround a superb set of pools with the open-air restaurant, foyer and reception set back towards the entrance. Also easy access to Sanur's golden sandy beach

We stayed in Room 202 and unfortunately it had a very strong musty ammonia smell, which meant we had to sleep with the sliding door open. That was the only downside to our visit.

Other than that, we really enjoyed this hotel. It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore Sanur. The staff were wonderful—special thanks to Luh, who made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious and well priced, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.

With a little attention to room maintenance, this place would be close to perfect.

Staff from reception, dining, spa, grounds people were absolutely so lovely and accommodating. My dad passed away while staying and the staff were just so supportive. Pool is small but ever so nice. Deep, mid level and kids part, catering for everyone. We didn’t sit on the beach chairs as we had a ground floor room which led to pool a couple of metres away,
Breakfast got a bit repetitive and boring after 2 weeks but we managed.
Overall a fabulous smaller resort which we will have no hesitation in coming back to.

A hidden gem in the heart of Sanur. A great location, close to beach and restaurants. What makes it a great stay is the lovely staff who are so friendly and accommodating. A small resort, with beautiful gardens and welcoming pool. 4 menus to choose from for a tasty breakfast. Have already booked to return next year.

We visited Bali for the first time and really enjoyed our stay in Parigata. Room was quite big and clean, towels were changed every day, our steward in room 212 was very nice; during 5 days stay we even got linen change. Swimming pool is very good. Nearby there are lots of bars, restaurants and spa salons. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices, including local dishes. The lady in charge of the restaurant Luh is a really good host. Reception and spa personnel as well are on top of guests satisfaction, accommodating all the requests and assisting when necessary. Thank you very much!

Stunning hotel in a paradise setting. Staff wonderful and so smiley and friendly especially Feby when serving breakfast. The older lady who seemed to be the head one, unfortunately didn't get her name, was also lovely. The food was superb, especially breakfast .
It was my birthday whilst there and the staff came out with a cake and sang and when I returned to my room it was decorated and a bouquet left. Had a two hour spa treatment for my birthday treat which was wonderful and so cheap.
The rooms spacious, especially the huge bed and cleanliness spot on. The only problem I had was being onthe top floor with walking difficulties, no lift. Not far to walk to the beach or amenities. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was very good, 2 minutes walk to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and bars . The resort atmosphere is very relaxing and full of lush greenery. The rooms are comfy and clean. A very good breakfast is served with ample choices. The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Great value for money. Definitely would highly recommend this Resort and Spa.

Lovely hotel near the beach. Room was big with a really comfy bed. Pool was refreshing and the staff are really nice. Perfect for a few days to start off my trip. Defo recommend!
